That is not an easy job, but Madeleine, Brandon, and Scott, our team, made it as easy as possible. We gave them the information that they asked for and they developed a series of proposals and options and we asked questions and more questions, (law often sounds like a foreign language), which they patiently and quickly answered by phone, email, messaging, etc. They have held our hands through the whole process and are continuing to hold it as we follow the instructions they have laid out. As we worked on the wills and powers of attorney, health instructions, etc., the pandemic was growing and so we did almost all of our communicating by phone conferencing or email. When papers needed signing, it was done outdoors in our car with masks and gloves. The procedure was well thought out and everything we needed was there and ready and now, COVID-19 conscious. All the work that they did for us was well planned and executed. That kind of work, the kind that really makes your life easier, costs money. It was worth it. Thank you all for your help. Sincerely MSW

After finding myself in a legal financial mess I placed a call to Mr. Klein to discuss my options. Not only did Eric take my call, he then spent a considerable amount of his own time speaking on the phone with me (I ask a lot of questions.) Mr. Klein was professional, compassionate and extremely knowledgeable of the subject matter. He was patient with me and took a genuine interest in wanting to help. This is what makes him stand out above the rest, I hung up the phone feeling empowered and in control of my situation. I would strongly encourage anyone in similar shoes to give Klein Law Group a call, you will not be disappointed.

The attorney moved to withdraw on his own immediately after, but I was accidentally CC'd on an internal email that made me uncomfortable. I requested a partial refund but received an invoice for additional fees. Some charges appeared to be for withdrawal filings that were initially done incorrectly and resubmitted. Based on my experience, I was dissatisfied and have since pursued the matter through the Florida Bar's fee arbitration and complaint process. * Rule 4-1.16(d): Lawyer must return unearned fees and promptly refund any advance payment of fee that has not been earned. * Rule 4-1.4 (Communication): Requires reasonable communication with client. * Rule 4-8.4(c) & (d): Prohibits dishonesty, fraud, misrepresentation, and conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice.
