Upon arriving to the clinic I waited outside as they allow 1 patient inside at a time at the moment. Before my appointment time I was brought in to fill some forms and waited no more than 5 minutes. The nurse (name forgotten) was exceptionally nice and obviously she knew her job very well which was demonstrated when I informed her everyone has issues finding my veins to take blood. She told me after 42 years she had learned to find the veins by feel not visually, she was right! She found my vein instantly and when she put in the needle I didn't even feel it. Dr. Grenet quickly came as well without any long waiting and he conducted his physical exam, he reviewed my previous medicals and had me do the chest x-rays which he quickly read but advised he would send to the specialist. I was in and out in less than an hour with Dr and his staff all at my disposal during my visit. He advised royal was a bit slow to approve the medicals but I had given a follow up call the next week after the labs were back and he was expeditious to send them to royal for approval. I cannot say enough about him and his staff. When I need to renew I will surely return to Health Med Center.
