So I did quite a bit of research ...4-6 different doctors but there was only ONE that stood out above the rest..... Dr. Wigoda & Marie, wow wow and wow! From the initial virtual consult, to the in office consult, scheduling dates, the millions of questions I asked, talk about extraordinary!!! Marie, so sweet, informative and knowledgeable - Dr. Wigoda, quiet, but he's there to listen to all that "you want". I wasn't sure on size proportionate to my smaller frame, but sizers were available. This is why you have pre-consults before your surgery, it's not what he wants, it's about YOU!!! Amazing experience! I've been to Dr. Wigoda twice. First go around was for a lift and and upper/lower eye lift and lipo under my chin. His work was remarkable. A yr and a half later, I have lost a ton of weight and lost the shape of my breast. I decided another consultation with Dr Wigoda was needed. We decided a full breast augmentation was needed, replacing my old implants and going a bit larger. Dr.Wigoda performed my breast augmentation surgery after nursing my two children. I'm giving him 1 star related to my final results. My implants were too laterally placed (lots of side boob, no cleavage) I like going bra-less and that was a major reason for getting the surgery in the first place. To feel more confidence without wearing an overly padded bra. When I reported to him that my breasts we too far apart, he told me that they started out with a large gap between them and that he couldn't cut into my muscle any more because it could result in the appearance of a 'uniboob'. However, my natural cleavage line shows a complete disconnection from the actual implant. He asked if I had kids, and said that my skin somehow "stretched out" from nursing. So I showed him a picture of myself sitting down only slightly reclined, and the implants were falling off to the sides and looked embarrassingly fake. He mentioned that another procedure could be done to tighten up the pocket but that eventually the mesh may fail and I'd be back to square one - so he didn't recommend it at thi. If I'm not wearing a bra, my arms constantly brush past them. I feel like Dr.Wigoda doesn't adequately address his patients long term concerns. I walked out of his office feeling like I had exchanged one set of problems for another and spent $5,650 in doing so. I had a breast augmentation and a lift February 14, 2019. I am unhappy with the results, I contacted Dr. Wigoda and he asked if my weight fluctuated (no) also he said some women have better skin. I paid $9000 for implants and a lift and it looks like I have implants because they look high and on the bottom my breast sags. Then he said I would need a different surgery and he would give me a discount instead of fixing what he didn't do right the first time. I had been thinking for a very long time about making some changes to my body, I wanted to do breast augmentation, liposuction and Brazilian butt lift. I found Dr Wigoda and went for an appointment, he showed me all the options and cleared up all my concerns. The doctor and the staff are really nice and they treated me like family. Update to my review, with my response to the doctor's reply added: I went to Dr. Wigoda for cosmetic surgery to improve my appearance. I had a nose that had developed a large bulb like tip at the end. I also had a deformity that had developed at the bottom of my right nostril such that the area of the opening was about half the size of the opening of the left nostril, which was normal in size and shape. His prices were mid-range, his location close by, and reviews, primarily by women, were mostly favorable. The surgery was explained to be routine in nature, nothing complicated or out of the ordinary. I was told to sign a bunch of forms including ones that basically said he would do the job, but their was no guarantee of how significant the improvement would be, and I might even possibly die. I had fairly low expectations, all I expected was toa smaller nose, that I was told would not be as small as I would like, with normal openings to both nostrils. I got neither. The excuse I was initially given was that the waiting period for "swelling" to go down was one year. A year and a half later, my nose has the same bulb, and the right nostril opening is just as deformed as before. Whatever he did during the operation did not address the cosmetic problems of the bulb or the right nostril opening. He did say that he fixed a slight bump which I never noticed and was not concerned about. Throughout the aftermath, he kept saying there was some improvement. I never agreed or acknowledged that, and I never saw any improvement. In the course of a year and a half, not one person has ever said to me you look different, or your nose looks different or better. The doctor himself wrote that "The tip remains bulbous", and he did nothing to change the nostril opening. Since he did not address the cosmetic problems that I agreed to pay for, I asked for a refund so I could get someone else to do the work that I wanted done. Dr. Wigoda did not deserve his fee because he did what he wanted to, not what I wanted, agreed to, and paid for. In hindsight, I believe that the only thing he really knew how to do with noses was fix bumps, so he made one seem larger than it was, if there even was any bump, just so he could say he did something constructive to justify his fee. After I asked for my money back, the doctor went into hiding and refused to see me again. His office staff supported him fully with phony smiles and excuses that the appointment "system is down", "he's on his way to the hospital", and "he doesn't think he can do anything else for you". I had previously told him that I wasn't sure what to do, such as just write bad reviews or go see a lawyer, but I didn't want to make any trouble. I just wanted my money back so I could get the job done elsewhere. His refusal to even face me again left me no choice but to write reviews and get a lawyer. The doctor's reply to my review was inaccurate to say the least. He did not give a "best and worst case scenario", he gave a sales pitch. He never said that the nose tip "is not going to shrink a lot". The word shrink was never mentioned, surgery was, and what he did say, and I accepted, was that the result would not be the very small nose that I wanted. The result of the surgery was not "within the realm of what was discussed prior to the surgery". After the surgery, not before, he said he could reduce the size of the tip but it would leave a scar. In his reply he even contradicted this by writing "in this case there is nothing else that can be done". He did not offer to do an additional procedure "at minimal or even no cost". Furthermore, once again, in his reply the distortion of the nasal opening was ignored completely. read more

I saw Dr Wigoda a few months ago for facial fillers. He used 2 syringes of Radiesse. While still in the office, the area appeared smoother, lines reduced. Within a few days it was obvious something was wrong: severe bruising and uneven swelling. With a return visit the Dr attempted to minimize the appearance of the lumps with 2 syringes of Juvaderm around the area. It didn't help or reverse the damage. It continued to get lumpy, uneven and unsightly. (refer to photos) I did not believe a third visit would be in my best interest. After speaking with the doctor he agreed that the problem was probably caused by excess bleeding mixed with the filler. I'd told him beforehand I'd been prescribed a blood thinner. Having had this procedure done several times by different doctors over a span of years, I can only offer my honest opinion: I do not believe that Dr Wigoda is qualified or prepared to perform these procedures. He hasn't made a commitment regarding products, (he carried only 2, Radiesse and Juvaderm, almost every doctor carries 5 or 6), office essentials, (such as proper lighting), staffing (no assistant was present either visit), or time. All were inadequate. It appeared to me to be a fast money generating sideline. Dr Wigoda also charged considerably more than other doctors. $2900. for 2 Radiesse and 2 Juvaderm. He agreed to refund $300., which was the average amount over what was charged by other doctors, reducing it to $2600., since I "wasn't pleased." Ahead of whatever Dr Wigoda responds, I can only say this was his professional, if not personal, responsibility. I've found a doctor to help heal and repair the damage. But it's been a long and difficult process, with periods not even wanting to leave the house. Friends were shocked. Again, refer to the photos. The photos don't show how my face was black for the first week (beyond black and blue) from the severe bleeding in the tissue. This office is funny. Had an consultation with the Dr. He was ok but he wasn't that friendly and the vibe I got from him was not warm and welcoming. Not sure if he was just tired or this is his personality. Neway I still completed the consultation with him for cosmetic surgery. I had carefully chosen Dr. Wigoda as my plastic surgeon, for breast augmentation after scouring every single surgeon within a 25 mile radius of me. Dr. Wigoda stood out, by far, as not only the most personable, but beyond other's average surgeon skills as well. Too many times, I have seen women who have undergone breast augmentation to only secretly think to myself (ugh, she looked better before, now she looks fake!). Dr Wigoda did an amazing job on me. I was scared I never went to a plastic surgeon. He made me feel at ease. I had moles removed, a total of 8 including 2 in my face, 4 on my neck and shoulder. I started out with Botox, and then had breast implants 2 years ago and could not be happier with my appearance, accept to maybe look more like Jessica Alba...LOL My breast augmentation looks amazing!!!! My only regret was to not get silicone, which he had actually recommended to me during my consultation. I will have them replaced with slicone eventually.
