One would think that the firm would handle long term clients with the same professionalism , but not the case . Stuart handed over our returns for the last few years to underlings who cost us a great deal of money . He had me sending documents multiple times and claim he never received them ( even after our financial advisor confirmed) he couldn't bother to send over a basic Obama care healthcare form that i sent in and cost us $.. he began to charge us erroneous fees for consulting that was never done and this year wanted to charge twice for his fees ( my wife and i have Sep names) ., no apologies ever.. when i inquired specifically about his fee structure for 2026 he told me an amount .
