When you touch your couch and large sections begin to break it's probably time to invest in a new one. The family was in dire need of a new sectional and I knew exactly what we wanted and needed. Husband and I are big about supporting your local businesses so we researched the area of Branson online and decided to check out Neill's Home Store in person. You know when your about to make a big purchase decision and you don't want to be bombarded with salesmen like a car lot? Even though I was completely expecting it, that wasn't the case at all. We walked in and were pleasantly greeted where I advised that we just wanted to look around and the gentleman said great and if we needed anything that His name was Rick and would be happy to answer any questions we had. The business is much bigger than expected with a large variety of quality furniture items. As I skimmed the items I began confused with so many options I adored and called on Rick. Not even knowing Rick was the Owner, I was taken back how much knowledge he had of Every Single Piece of furniture in his store and he knew exactly where the items were placed. He explained in full detail and options on every piece of furniture! I explained exactly what we were looking for and we ended up buying a master piece... Haha. We were looking for something specific and he explained that he could get whatever we wanted. So we found the type of living room furniture we were looking for. Rick then gave a list of options that were available as well as colored fabric swatches to go through to pick the color and type of fabric we wanted. Once the selection was made he placed the order that day with a 6 week delivery time. We were delivered our brand new sectional and I was jumping for joy with how beautiful it appeared, but one piece was missing and Rick jumped on top of it. Overall, our experience was exceptional! We were contacted on every update and the delivery staff was extremely professional and courteous. I had a very positive experience buying a new sofa from Neill's. Rick helped me find exactly what I wanted and had no problem finding accent pillows that matched my decor and substituting then for the ones that originally came with the sofa I chose.
