From Northwell Oyster Bay on 6/24/22 then from other Northwell locations in surrounding area codes. Three on July 13 from 212-434-2000, 718-470-7000 and 516-562-0100. 6 calls so far from Northwell. Yes I have concrete proof. I apologize for generalizing about Northwell Health Inc. Most people are probably very good and are as I have seen but some ??? Anyone should observe how they are being treated and not be silent when issues come up. There is more to this story that is disconcerting. I AM concerned about HIPAA violations, how do all these people have my phone number and what other personal information have they accessed? Doesn't this demonstrate that Northwell employs some unprofessional and unethical characters ???

Northwell accepted responsibility and said they'd refund me the money ($75). I have been waiting since August for a refund and all I get is a run-around. $75 in my pocket certainly means more to me than in Northwell who I was told has in excess of 100,000 employees and sales in the billions. COME ON Northwell do the right thing and refund my $75.

Completely dismissed what I was telling her. As someone who has asthma since childhood she said "Do you even have asthma, have you seen a pulmonologist?". I just groaned at the ignorance. She had recurring problems keeping my prescriptions filled and up to date which caused a great deal of stress. She would have someone call to set up a phone appointment and disregard my request for a time and call when she wanted to. She said "didn't I give you a gynecology exam last year?" I told her no I have a gynecologist. She had no clue. Left the practice (thankfully) but never informed me. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Located at a very accessible Main Street in Oyster Bay. A very busy place but you won't feel be neglected. We had nurse Jamie ( not sure if he spelling is correct, sorry) was very compassionate n passionate lady. My son was so relaxed and happy during the entire physical check up that included two shots and twice blood works. To my surprise, he did not even make any complain nor cry during our stay! Instead, he had so much laughters. Dr. Gulbransen was very knowledgable, patient and detailed about my son s physic condition. Thank you Jamie and Dr. Gulbransen! They remind me my grand father who was a neurosurgeon in LA, who told me a triple A principle that would guide you to success: Amiable, Able, and Available. The facility is neat, well equipped and well designed. If you want you kids in good hands, this is definitely the place.

Of course we are extremely scared because our 16 month old may have Omicron and we cannot get tested, so we are just trying to do the right thing for our daughter. The doctor called me back and was very short with me, and suggested I lied to the receptionist and said I was one of their patients. This doesn't make any sense as the receptionist took down all my information and created a brand new file for me when I called. I don't think someone who accused a mother of a sick 16 month old of lying to get a call back has any right to be in business treating children.
