The intake team responded around the clock until the engagement letter was signed. Once paid, we received two separate tax return drafts containing significant data-entry errors. Had we not caught these mistakes ourselves, they would have caused us to overpay our taxes by thousands of dollars. We paid for CPA-level expertise but received subpar data entry. Public Regulatory Records: We later discovered that on April 8, 2026, weeks before we hired this firm, the California Board of Accountancy filed a formal accusation against George Dimov and his firm (Case No. AC-2026-10). This is a matter of public record. Had this ongoing regulatory action been known or disclosed to us, we never would have signed on. Our experience mirrors the exact patterns openly discussed by other clients on Reddit and Yelp. The Disappearance: After the multiple alarming errors, we had zero trust in the firm's capabilities. We provided organized documents, full disclosures, and paid in full upfront. Do not attempt to reply to this review by claiming we are "not in your system," blaming a technical bug, spam, or mischaracterizing us or our tax profile. We have the signed engagement letter, the timestamps, the error-riddled drafts, the payment receipts, and the sent emails to back up every single word written here.
