Examples include: * Interior window trim was left unfinished. * The contractor failed to order the correct number of replacement windows and, despite claiming to have them, has not returned in over 30 days to install them. Instead, he offered me a partial refund rather than completing the work. * After THREE notices from the City of CR, I had to pay for the permit despite promises that he would "take care of it". * After a bathroom remodel, the brand-new vanity was ruined due to a leaking pipe under the sink that went unrepaired for 3-4 days after it was reported to the contractor. This also led to water damage to my dining room ceiling. * An exterior vent fell out within days of the siding being installed, and it has never been repaired/replaced. The porch siding, specifically corners which were originally left extremely sharp, is now ugly and cumbersome. * Photos of the unfinished and substandard work are also available. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, nothing was corrected, leaving me with unfinished projects, damage to my home, and the added expense of hiring another professional to redo the work. BCC did not deliver on promises, failed to communicate responsibly, and showed a lack of accountability. I cannot recommend his services, and I urge others to look elsewhere for someone reliable and professional.
