We decided to go with a perfect selection that would accent our cabinets and new room colors. We scheduled the measuring and decided to accent our hearth with the same granite in the kitchen. There were also plenty of cabinet choices, but they did not have the stain of walnut I was looking for. Overall the style was more modern so there were a lot of painted options and more grey toned everything. There is a small selection of tile and hardware, but it is all very nice and contemporary. I found several I really liked. They actually had lots of non-subway tile options, so I was appreciative of that! The process seems simple. They estimated 6 weeks lead time, I believe. We are in the design phase of a new home, so won't be purchasing anything for at least 6 months, so I can't speak to prices. Also our builder will be handling everything. Only reason I took off a star is the lighting in there is SO POOR. It's like a movie theater. Dark with a few spotlights. I kept having to carry everything to the window, but even then there was a glare. It was very difficult to see and it was frustrating.

ACC did not inform myself or my sales person of the date they planned to install. I did not receive a call the day of install to confirm or give a time frame, which is something they did do on the day they came to measure so I was really surprised that I didn't hear from them when they were on their way. It has been 4 days now and my sales person and I have both tried to get a new date scheduled but we cannot get anyone to talk with us to resolve the situation, even to the point of trying to contact the owner but still no response. The only thing I've been able to get from the receptionist is that they are currently scheduling 2 weeks out, I would have to wait until then. I do not feel that it is acceptable that I should have to go to the end of the list just because somewhere along the line the chain of communication broke down. I have not been made to feel that my concerns are important to them or that getting to my install in an acceptable timeframe is of any importance to ACC at all. There is a lot of finger point between my sales person and ACC but no movement towards a resolution. My next stop will be the Better Business Bureau to work toward a full refund so that I can take my business elsewhere.

Hiring Blue Creek Construction has been one of the most frustrating and costly experiences I've had…read moreas a homeowner. The project was left unfinished, and the workmanship in several areas was completely unacceptable. Examples include: * Interior window trim was left unfinished. * The contractor failed to order the correct number of replacement windows and, despite claiming to have them, has not returned in over 30 days to install them. Instead, he offered me a partial refund rather than completing the work. * After THREE notices from the City of CR, I had to pay for the permit despite promises that he would "take care of it". * After a bathroom remodel, the brand-new vanity was ruined due to a leaking pipe under the sink that went unrepaired for 3-4 days after it was reported to the contractor. This also led to water damage to my dining room ceiling. * An exterior vent fell out within days of the siding being installed, and it has never been repaired/replaced. The porch siding, specifically corners which were originally left extremely sharp, is now ugly and cumbersome. * Photos of the unfinished and substandard work are also available. Despite repeated attempts to resolve these issues, nothing was corrected, leaving me with unfinished projects, damage to my home, and the added expense of hiring another professional to redo the work. BCC did not deliver on promises, failed to communicate responsibly, and showed a lack of accountability. I cannot recommend his services, and I urge others to look elsewhere for someone reliable and professional.
