Half the house was out of power and we have underground service. They came out on time and had the gadgets to find the break in the wire under ground. Within couple hours they exposed the damaged wire and spliced in a new one and fixed the problem. They also gave me a invoice less than the amount quoted on the phone. I will us them again.

We requested to have a Generic Generator system installed in our Mobile Home, they came out,…read moreinspected our current circuit box and immediately were insulted that our circuit breakers could be used for welding. Then we were told they would email a quote, we received that which was fine except they stated Install Transfer Switch if it fit's, well we asked questions and they never really answered, so we tried to look into a battery type system, then they talked us out of that as it was only 1-3 hours a battery would last, so then we took are time with a little research and decided to go Generac again.. then they yelled at us and said which one are you looking to do Generic or Battery, we stated our subject line Generic...then we went with trying to lock in a date for it when it was estimated shipping, of October, so we asked for a tentative appointment, then after that we wanted to change dates and then were again rudely responded with that is quite a span, well we cannot predict the shipping company so it got delivered way early and told them it was here and it just seemed like they were not interested in installing this the way they act, well he stated Brain that he was fine with not installing our generator and last email he would write..this company is just werid with its responses, like they act like God, they do not like questions or any inconvenience to themselves I guess.. so now after buying it and delivery they dropped us and no one else has the time or want to work on such a small project, so we are stuck thanks to them.
