Place is old and it shows but the dining room/living room and our room were all incredibly clean. Right in the heart of Holyoke, you can easily walk the block or two to any store/restaurant in town. Owning couple are friendly/sweet and served coffee and cinnamon rolls both very early mornings during our stay, wake up stumble down to the living/dining room and everything was ready/waiting at 5:30 AM. So no excuse for our room placement. The decor was a bit old and tired. The bathroom had 2 dispensers of shampoo. But no conditioner.
