Another instance was when the billing clerk busted into the appointment and pretty much demanded the co-pay of the nasal scan on the spot! Honestly, I understand the purpose of collecting funds when due, but I'd hardly got a chance to check in before she busted in like a big linebacker to collect funds. Most people are given the option at the end of the visit. My situation was one of desperation to get things taken care of, and I stand firm on dealing with people from beginning to end. Not that my business with the clinic is done, should anyone ask me, I'd certainly tell them to do the research and go somewhere else.

I came in for a 10pm appointment that they requested me to arrive 30 min early for filling out the paperwork. I am finally in the exam room awaiting the doctor at 10:50 and bored enough to write a review. I was seen previously in 2008 for a tonsillectomy so this is a follow up visit to address some of the issues why I needed the removal of the tonsils in the 1st place. The front desk was not the most helpful or courteous, but I am sure they had a compelling reason why. I did get seen around 11:10 by Dr Paul Hunter. At 1st he wasn't very warm and inviting, but after a discussion with my issues, he looked in my ears nose and throat ... as expected from an ENT :) . He discussed some of the reasons why I would have the issues and suggested I try this sample medicine. If that worked, to go to a GI specialist. I requested a prescription for additional medication and he filled out a script. I had a cyst near my eye that had been bothering me aesthetically that I mentioned. He said he would take care of it. I also had this hair patch issue that he gave me a script for anti fungal medicine. He warmed up quickly and was pretty laid back without a feeling of being rushed. I was going to see a dermatologist but Dr Hunter took care of it all. I didn't know Doctors, especially ones of his stature/ caliber and experience spent more than a couple of minutes with a patient. Over 20 minutes with me... seems to be new record. I was super thrilled and originally was thinking a 3 star at best... low and behold, they would have got 5 stars if the upfront wait wasn't an hour.

I had to find another surgeon and went to one who yawned through the entire consult. I ruled him out then a friend who is nurse recommended Dr Nasr. I found him professional, with expert level of care. Identified immediately I had a personally unknown disorder that has contributed to all my issues as well as complications. I had surgery and as a nurse had the usual issues a caregiver tends to have anytime they have a procedure. I have found him to be responsive and listen. Have healed and pain I experienced several years is gone. Prior to procedure had to have RFA every 6 months for about four years to be able to work and enjoy life. Not perfect but I'm realistic about my age and years of nursing take a toll on his office staff are excellent. Always helpful and go the extra mile. I have no reservations about recommending him and his entire office team. I'm back to work and appreciate the great care.

He is abrupt, condescending, arrogant, and I have never had so much pain after surgery, and I have had quite a few. He will not talk to you! I actually had to chase him down the hall to ask some questions BEFORE surgery! He left after just a few minutes in the room prior, and I needed to have more discussion about my procedure. He has NO bedside manner. He basically ignores you once the surgery is done. I would give anything to go back and get a second opinion. Please take my advice. GET A SECOND OPINION!

He has been the rock to keep her going. Her other doctors care, so I don't want to downplay that, but are so busy they just honestly don't have the time for all the issues and day-to-day changes. Despite her high-needs Dr. Kelly has never left her to suffer and always pivots and adjusts medications to meet her needs. Most importantly he has never treated her like an inconvenience.
