He listened to our concerns for each kiddo and met us with easy steps to follow for them. But I didn't just see Dr. Glade. My daughter's follow up visits were with his PA and while I think she made my daughter feel at ease in the office, she dismissed my mom gut early on and claimed my daughters tantrums and sleep disturbances were purely developmental. I listened to her because she was confident in her diagnosis, but after a long and sleepless summer, I went to Dr. Glade for a second opinion and he agreed with what my mom gut was saying and ordered a sleep study to make sure my daughter's tonsils were the culprit to her sleep and behavior issues. Turns out my gut was spot on. My daughter wasn't struggling with toddler developmental milestones, but sleep apnea, and it was effecting everything. Something that could have been looked into and dealt with months ago when I had first voiced my concerns to the PA. Dr. Glade validated my concerns and did not hesitate to look into them. After reviewing her sleep study he confirmed my suspicions and we are scheduled to have her tonsils removed next month. Parents, if you are wanting a doctor who listens to you and genuinely cares for your kids, look no further than Dr. Glade.

By listening to her perception of herself, she thinks she is a surgeon when she is merely an advanced nurse practitioner. Not saying they don't have a place and many are respected but she isn't as high up on the food chain as her ego thinks she is. Too much drama in this business for me! Also, she ran a special for Botox and won't refund the money because I wouldn't trust her to inject me with needles.

She would text vague messages asking me to call her right after surgery with a paralyzed arm, then she wouldn't answer the phone. Another time, she no showed an appointment and again, never did answer her phone that day either. She gaslights situations then says "sorry you're so sensitive, or sorry you feel that way." There are good people, but if you get the one I got, it was awful. The worst part was that I had to deal with her constant phone tag games when I was recovering from surgery and only had one arm that worked. My writing arm/and hand was paralyzed. That's when the Seminole case worker was the worst to me.

Because they don't understand workers comp laws, to the point that they're willing to sacrifice patient care. I am certain that the four stitches I got will end up cost costing less than my ER co-pay. Thank you. It was an unbelievable experience and not in a terrible way.
