Our new order came in and it was a complete difference, we are so happy with them! And the installer Pete was excellent , he was the one who didn't like how the first order worked and brought it to Paula's attention. Budget Blind's did a fantastic job and I can't imagine that it could have worked out any better we are completely satisfied .

She showed us just the right amount of options (not overwhelming but included size, height, rocking or not, electronic or manual features, etc.) and helped demonstrate the options of the different chairs and also helped us choose a chair best suited to our needs and a colour best suited to our decor (based on the options available). We're new to the Courtenay/Comox area and she even gave us a little helpful information about living in the area and some of the local background. As sales people go - she was perfect. Very aligned with us, our tempo, style and personality. A great experience and we're greatly looking forward to our new, very comfortable chair! If they don't have the chair you want in the colour you want, they will order it (you choose from the available options) and it will be made to your specifications. Our only regret is that we have to wait for our new comfy chair to be delivered :-)

The staff at End of the Roll in Courtenay were just awesome. I am selling the house of a deceased…read morerelative but I don't live in Courtenay. Needed to replace the outdated and yucky carpeting. I phoned from Vancouver to set it up. Spoke with Jill, who along with her colleague, Cyd, set it all up to be installed on a Saturday. I arrived in Courtenay on Friday afternoon. They had samples all ready for me to look at. Picked one, paid for it. Then Steve the installer arrived on Saturday and expertly installed the carpeting. Looks So. Much. Better. I can't say enough nice things about this particular End of the Roll and their staff. Jill, Cyd and Steve were simply terrific, and so professional. Thank you!
