One of its advantages is that children aren't confined to the same classroom all day. They have access to different spaces where they can explore, play, and learn, and they also spend time with children of different ages, which helps them develop socially. The teachers are exceptional (shout out to Miss Olga, Miss B, Mis Cha Cha, Miss Renee, Mis Naiely...). Every day they come up with thoughtful, creative activities that make learning fun and keep the children engaged. You can tell how much time, dedication, and love goes into everything they do. Our son started here without speaking a single word of English. Thanks to the patience, kindness, and encouragement of his teachers, he not only learned the language but also felt safe, happy, and at home from day one. He was genuinely excited to go to school every morning, and as parents, that's the greatest recommendation we can give. Now he is really sad to go. While we couldn't tour classrooms because COVID, they were able to show us a lot with the camera system they have throughout the center. Like most patents, I was worried about my babies on their first day in a new environment. They gave me a call to update me on how they were adapting to ease my mind. The sign in and out process is a very easy finger print scan, also very secure. They have different payment options, including weekly autodraft, which makes it convenient. They have monthly activity calendars giving us plenty of heads up for special events, and monthly menus, especially nice because my daughter has severe food allergies. They are working on writing with my 3yo, and sent practice worksheets home daily for us to do! The communication is awesome, the staff is friendly, and I absolutely recommend this daycare to anyone. We have an extremely delicate coparenting situation, and they go out of their way to make sure they understand our custody schedule, and ensure our son is taken care of at all times. Ms. Pam and the other staff are extremely supportive and understanding, and we feel very confident in the care our son receives when he is with Imagine. The facility is clean and the activities are plentiful. They've even agreed to help our son with homework from school as he doesn't always get the support he needs when he is not with us. This is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about student safety and supervision. What is even more troubling is the school's lack of response. No meaningful action was taken, and the teacher involved remains in their position without accountability. As a family, we expected a thorough investigation, transparency, and reassurance that steps would be taken to prevent this from happening again. The safety and well-being of children should always be the top priority. Unfortunately, based on this experience, that does not appear to be the case here. I strongly urge the school to take incidents like this seriously and implement proper measures to protect students. I spoke with Stacey and she clearly didn't care and the owners were supposed to call me and I'm still waiting.
