She enjoyed her one month so much there so I enrolled her in summer camps right after and she completed one full yr Fall '23 to Spring '24 until it was time for elementary school. She made so many friends and still keeps in touch with some even after entering a different school. The director is always at the door to greet parents at drop off and pick up and she is very involved. I am just so happy with this program. It is safe, clean, and my kids so happy every time they go, even more they are learning and gaining great social skills. They do so many activities that help with fine motor skills, gross motor skills, and they do so many crafts I'm amazed! From comments I have heard from other Mom friends it's seems that other MDO programs are more concerned with tuition than the kids and parents, that is not the case at First Friends. When we started the search for day care and walked into TGTA, Ms. Toma instantly made us feel welcome and safe. She encouraged us to ask questions and visit as many other facilities to feel confident in our decision. Needless to say we knew from the start that TGTA was the right fit. Every morning our toddler runs up to her teachers and gives a big bear hug, which is a constant reminder to me of how much she enjoys her time here. I appreciate that she gets designated reading, music and art time. We find that her vocabulary, social skills and general curiosity are increasing by the day. For our infant, we receive daily reports for feeding, naps, diapers, etc which makes the transition from school to home that much easier. There is transparency with multiple webcams for parents, and flexible hours for drop-off and pick-up. They have been loving and compassionate with helping us raise and teach our sons and were very accommodating and supportive when we had to pull out our youngest son due to a medical issue he developed. Everyone is attentive to our concerns and questions and our boys have learned from a great curriculum in a caring environment and were certainly not just being kept alive and unharmed. We look forward putting our youngest son back at TLE West U when his condition allows!

This Facility was our favorite by far when we did tours in the area - modern building / facilities, great technology to stay connected and monitor your kids, and very friendly and competent staff. This is what daycare should be like in today's age! Parking can be a bit of a pain at times as pickup / drop-off for most parents are around the samtimes and the parking spaces are not the biggest. There's also a high school across the street that causes some traffic disruption but just avoid those times. They give you two apps, one that the teachers use to track meals / diaper changes, and one that you can see your kid at all times. There's a fairly structured curriculum for the kids, though usually I just see them running around having fun. The staff are all very friendly and will try to give each individual kid as much love as possible. Highly recommended

It feels nicer than any other school in the area. The directors are always at the front available to chat if needed. Last and most importantly, the teachers are fabulous. They're friendly and love our babies. I appreciate that the administration cares about teacher retention but also doesn't continue to keep teachers If they don't meet the expectations of OFA. I have peace of mind knowing our baby is good hands. I always recommend to my friends and neighbors looking for high quality school for little ones.

After infant 2, you no longer get activity logs or pictures of your child even though it state ms you will in the parent handbook that you sign. 45 day withdrawal notice without proration so be sure to time it perfectly or you'll lose out on your deposit. My child no longer enjoys going to school and haven't been able to connect with the new teacher with the exception of 1 that has since resigned. 2 of the 3 teachers in Toddler class is no longer there within such a short period of time. . The food is unhealthy (Apple Jacks, ect ) for a 20 month old even-though my child feeding directions show nothing with added sugar. I really want to like this school but with the higher ratios than all of the neighboring schools and multiple undocumented accidents leaving my child with marks and no explanation I just can't recommend this school. $1700 per month, + $150 quarterly supply fee... not bad but not worth it for what you get

It's hard for me to write this review but it has been a few months and I think I can finally say…read morethings without being emotional. When my toddler started here, things were so good! It was amazing to see him be social especially since he's a COVID baby. The ratio was small, his teachers and staff great. A few months passed and the school started to reach maximum ratio in his class (higher ratio here in general compared to other facilities nearby) and that's when things started going downhill. My son started to not want to go to school. For weeks it would be a battle and he would cry seeing the school. I didn't understand but then we started getting daily phone calls with reports of incidents--he was being bitten, hit and scratched by others for 2 weeks straight. Sometimes he would come home with bruises with no reports and we'd have to call to find out what happened. We had many, many meetings and calls with staff to rectify the situation as we loved the school but in the end, they took little responsibility and minimal changes while my son still bears a scar on his face from one of the incidents. There's so much more I could write but I think the above is the most important. They just expected me to shrug things off, even sent a mass letter stating that biting is normal. Not sure what that helps when my son was getting hurt daily. Also, he never hit or retaliated--I asked the teachers. So it wasn't him.

The staff remembers all the parents faces and can identify quickly who we are picking up. I do wish the facility has a camera so I can creep on what my baby is doing, but I definitely understand that it's a liability issue as well.
