Without taking this course I would have been lost my first days of school and unable to communicate effectively with my new family. He prepared me for the A1 exam which would end up being a requirement for my visa (which I did not know at the time) and communicated effectively with Bridge Learning Staff to explain my individual needs. A very compassionate instructor who was very understanding of my circumstances. I was also very impressed with the professionalism of the staff. While I was only to sign up for German lessons during that time, they did not cancel my class. Whenever I needed paperwork or anything from the school they provided prompt and effective responses to my problems. Overall, they did an excellent job and did the best they could to prepare me for the future life. While my experience is only with Marco and the staff; I believe any instructor that they employ will be effective instructors and will give a very personable experience.
