The quoted price on the phone for visits (~$75/visit) is false and I was charged over $200 per visit-- I continuously asked what my appointments would cost at the time services were rendered and was told "don't worry, we'll work with you". I can tell you that is false- they don't work with you; when I asked to speak to the owner regarding this, the billing person (unfortunately I cannot remember her name-Deanna maybe?)said no. Since I had moved out of town, I couldn't resolve the issue in person. Also, they charge different prices for different body parts? I'm a physical therapist and know that this is NOT standard practice. A therapeutic exercise charge is a therapeutic exercise charge, and insurance reimbursement does not differ depending on body part, so don't let them persuade you otherwise. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere for care. The lack of professionalism when it comes to the validity of their quoted prices and dealing with the billing representative makes me sad to work in the same field.

My primary reluctantly complied and I was referred to Dr Lavery after seeing Dr Kelly. She sent me to Darla Schwab at Aultman North. After my first visit I was not feeling like things would go well. She did her assessment, did some therapy that really helped, but then said, "do these stretches and exercises and I'll see you in a month". A month!? After a few days my 20 year plus symptoms that three major hospitals had given up on after years of treatment at each started to subside. She is so busy that you will need to wait. and, take what she says seriously because she really does know her field like few others. I've always been happy with Aultman Dover therapy site, but if you have pelvic floor symptoms, male or female, it's worth the wait to finally be able to have something near a normal life.
