Annette and her team were responsive, their quote was competitive and the work was completed on time and well done. Because of this experience, we continued to use Williams for all of our plumbing needs. The last couple of experiences with in the last year have been less than positive (apparently they weren't able to keep plumbers for a period of time, so there was difficulty getting them out for plumbing jobs, long response times, multiple visits to complete one job), but because of our initial experiences, we continued to use Williams Mechanical. I contacted the office this week to request someone to come out due to an urgent (not emergency) plumbing issue on a part that Williams Mechanical had previously replaced. The office said they "couldn't find the paperwork" for the job (despite me having the invoice in my hand). I e-mailed Annette (owner) and she replied saying that she would get back to me by the end of the day - she didn't, nor did the office. I waited two days, then called and e-mailed the office and Annette again - no response. I again waited another day and e-mailed Annette again - no response. We are now 5 days out from when we initially contacted Williams and have an emergency plumbing issue. If you had asked me three years ago, I would have given Williams Mechanical 5 stars without a doubt. Tens of thousands of dollars of business and three years later, my opinion has completely changed. If you are looking for a responsive company who values your business, I can't say that you will find this at Williams Mechanical.

They did a very good job (excellent workmanship). We will gladly use them again for other HVAC or plumbing issues. For the portion of the job they did that was NOT covered by our home warranty company, I felt their pricing was fair, but on the high side. I am sure she is very busy, but she took the time to get Octavio out ASAP to fix my air. I appreciate this as I have had breathing issues and go to the doctors more than I am at home. Octavio is old school. A very nice gentleman who works hard and gets to the root of the problem. He is clean, kind and respectful. May I add that he is not weird. I always have my son with me as there have been some real odd people doing repairs. Octavio is very normal. Thank God. Additionally, the heating system was uncertain, so we decided to replace the entire system. I called Air Pro and spoke with Allan after checking their reviews and the Better Business Bureau ratings. I scheduled an appointment, and he arrived on time. Allan was upfront about the process, applied no pressure, and answered all my questions without hesitation. On the installation day, both technicians arrived on time. Their demeanor, professionalism, and knowledge were impressive as they explained the installation process to me. Allan arrived a few minutes later to ensure the removal of the old 5-ton unit from the roof and the installation of the new 5-ton unit went smoothly. He also addressed any additional questions I had. The total cost for the HVAC system was over $20,000.00, which I found fair. The billing process was clear, unlike my experiences with other HVAC companies, ultimately saving me money in the long run. Sometimes you don't get what you pay for, but in this case, we did; they went the extra mile to ensure my satisfaction. Three weeks after the installation, Allan still checks in to see if I have any issues with the unit. Their service after the sale is commendable. I would rate this company as a 5-star provider; their knowledge and experience are well worth the cost.

In my instance I followed him around for 3.5 hours while he did approximately one hour of work. I was also charged $600 for refrigerant or $60 dollars per pound. The same refrigerant can be found retail for $10 dollars per pound. I did speak with Mike the owner about these issues he refunded a 5% Military/First Responder/Senior discount which the technician should have deducted. Also he refunded a half a hour of labor, despite our discussion about paying for drive time, filling out the bill on the clock and the lack of work done which I was billed for. I'm not saying don't use AirPro; I am saying you need to know what you are getting into if you do.

It was 42 degree at night and even my dogs who rarely complained kept shaking to keep themselves warm and we all cozied up with huge blankets in the bed..because the temperature dropped so low. In a meantime, I reached out to BakerHouse Service late Friday night letting them know about the issue that my minisplits had. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to get anything fixed by Monday since it was already weekends...but I was really surprised that the following Saturday morning Danial did reach out to me and let me know he could actually stop by on Saturday! I was very grateful that Danial and team was able to diagnose the issues with my minisplits quick! BakerHouse Service Co…read more We contacted Daniel at BakerHouse Service Co for A/C servicing Jan 21, and Daniel scheduled us for next day, Feb 22. We have been here 6 years and the house is 18 years. We've never had our A/C, furnaces, and fireplaces checked so we were doing preventative maintenance and ensuring our systems are not producing carbon monoxide. Daniel got on our roof and checked both A/C units. We had a broken switch, broken contact, and 3 capacitors that were below spec. Replaced with new parts and both units working properly. We also requested to check both of our furnaces. No carbon monoxide and again capacitors below spec, replaced and both units working properly. Daniel checked both gas fireplaces, no carbon monoxide and he showed us on how to turn them both on. Lastly Daniel drained our water heater. We are very pleased with Daniel's work. We are greatly relieved that our major HVAC systems, fireplaces, and water heater are all working great and we are grateful we now have an honest and very capable HVAC systems contractor we can rely on. The owner checked the unit with his carbon monoxide tester. Had a high reading of over 700 parts per mil. The owner was able to get me a new furnace and was able to install the same day. All it a very good price. He will come back this spring and install a new AC system that he gave me a price for. This price was half the price of other that I had gotten. Real nice guy he did me good at a god price. Thanks guys ill be calling you from now on!!!!!!

I hired Blue Dream in May 2022 to install a tankless Navien and it was a nightmare. They quoted a…read morelow price, but Luis just did not have the competence to do the job correctly. He put the Nuvo softener on the wrong line, so my water was cloudy, gross, and not even getting filtered. The system leaked everywhere because he used PVC piping instead of copper, and he couldn't even fix the issue of the water taking more than a minute to heat up every time. This is because he failed to install necessary valves and regulators. He also mounted the expansion tank incorrectly, missed that the PRC valve was set too high, and didn't replace a pipe that was restricting water flow. A year later, the company still hadn't fixed any of this, missed an appointment, and then vanished into thin air for six weeks. I had no idea if they were even still in business and had to pay $400 to other plumbers because I was stuck with no hot water. Then I paid $1700 to a Bernalillo company that actually knew what they were doing, and they fixed everything in one day, so obviously I'm not crazy here. Blue Dream refused to pay for their mistakes and kept trying to lie their way out of it, telling me these other places just wanted my money. Then they disappeared entirely, so my only option was to take them to court to recoup the $2500 for legal fees and everything else. Look, Blue Dream might mean well, but this is a mom-and-pop operation run out of the owner's home and they have disconnected numbers and broken web sites all over the place. They disappear for weeks at a time, and they hide from customers who figure out that they don't have a clue. They can probably handle simple repairs, but if you want a major job done correctly, they are NOT the way to go.
