He completed everything except the tree trim and asked for full payment (which included the tree). He told me he would come back to trim the pine tree. Shortly after I paid him he got in an accident and broke his leg. He said he would come back to trim the tree after recovering. I was fine with that. I figured it would be awhile before he could do it. I contacted him early last month and he said he would come out to trim the tree that weekend or the following week and would let me know. I never heard back from him and now he is not responding to my calls or texts. Lesson learned, unfortunately! Don't pay until job is complete.

Had 5 quotes and they came out on top with larger pool with more and better equipment. Other 4 companies wanted to give less/do less for cost and they did not give a good walkthrough of project. David was outstanding in presentation with sample, photos of previous pool installations and we felt more relaxed and comfortable with quality of work we would receive. The quality of work completed at end of job is immensely appreciated and we are very happy we choose Kirkbride for our life changing home project. We shouldn't have to shovel what you have piled up in front of our driveways. I dug myself out on Sunday just to dig myself back in when I came home because of the poor job that you do. If this is not the company that does not plow one strip down the middle of the road sorry for the review but if it is you should take pride in the service that you give.
