I'm definitely that crazy plant lady and have been for quite a while. This shop is in downtown Lancaster just around the corner from Main St. It has giant windows in the front and street parking, which I found easily. I absolutely love their aesthetic and how they make the plants front and center. They have a ton of indoor plants and succulents and even rare plants that I can't find at a typical nursery. They also source a lot of beautiful pottery from all around Ohio. Some are even made close to my hometown of Zanesville. I love how they support other creatives. The shop manager was super informative and friendly and the owners are just as special. I'm excited to see them expanding into smaller communities and Lancaster is really lucky to have them. Go get yourself a plant! Plants are the new pets don't ya know!

Last week I pulled in 6 minutes before they closed and I knew exactly what I needed so it was going to be a fast trip. I get my baby out of the car seat, grab my purse and start walking in, and this guy closes the doors after he sees me. Doesn't say anything looks at me and closes the door. The most unprofessional thing I've ever seen. Especially since we made eye contact. So I left and went to another greenhouse in Lancaster. I just don't feel like I can support this business anymore.

Stop being so hateful and focus your negative and butt-hurt energy elsewhere. Do something positive instead of being part of the problem.

The staff was so sweet and friendly, they went out of their way to make sure our experience was pleasant even though they were in the midst of switching up decor. I stumbled in because we were in the area but we will definitely be making the hour trip back to get plants for the summer.

In two days the flowers were dead and i just wasn't happy with them especially for the amount i paid, so i called to to see what they can do about a refund and they gave me a 50% refund which is fine but i tried to tell them that that should probably take better care of their flowers and mid sentence the guy just hung up on me. Definitely better off just going to Kroger and buying $12 flowers than spending $70 at this place. But then i have a friend who owns the " flower pot" on sixth ave in Lancaster and he's hooked me up on a great deal with a variety of different flowers. "Flowers of the good earth" DO BETTER!!!

Went to garden center at 9:40 and the doors were not unlocked! Finally at 10:am a manager opens…read moredoors! I load two flat carts full of bushes, go to check out and there was no one in garden center to check us out and the doors were locked again!! This time it was 10:30am !! We had to check out way up front in the store and then walk all the way to where we parked at garden center! This was the third time I have been there in morning that the doors were locked passed 10am!!! When we left there was several people and cars still waiting for doors to be unlocked! Where is Management, oh ya in the back eating Dounuts ,at least that is what one employee told us,Nice!!!
