We got the Toshiba back a couple days ago and it has never run this well. The problem with it shutting down every couple of minutes is totally gone and it runs at light speed compared to when we took it in. The HP had a dying hard drive. They notified and I approved the repair, the part was in the next day around noon. Everything was cloned and I have it back now as well and it is running perfect. All updates on both were done, plus tuneups and at a very reasonable price. Saved us from having to buy new laptops. Thank you to Anthony and his team, they were great and kept us apprised on the status along the way.

I was about 6th on waiting list, and it was not long compared to my last visit there. Mark was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and oh so helpful. Best of all, service with a smile. Gis parents, grandparents, whomever have GOT to be so proud of him. I know I am, and I let him know. Yes, we chatted up a mini storm but he was able to work, talk and get me out. Vest part was I was able to get new equipment for a relocation tomorrow. This "kid" has a very bright future. Seriously blessed o ha e crossed paths with him.
