    They need to have better customer service they charge way too much. They have no senior discount for senior citizens. No military discount for our vets. Spectrum needs to step up and if you don't make an appointment, you will be waiting definitely over an hour. They always have like only two employees that are actually working. It's terrible you sit and you wait and you wait.

    Extremely SLOW employees BAD customer service , please please PLEASE go and look into the way this store operates. There's ZERO help and they need to streamline so many of their operations for consumers. You check in and just know you'll have to wait 2-3 hours to get an employees help. I waited today for 2 hours did not get my router. Manager Rolando was out in the store he did not care that so many people were upset waiting he even laughed telling us "just check in and wait" HOW is that okay? If anything a manager should go out and help whoever is next aren't they TRAINED?

    Internet is absolutely horrible. It's always going out and never works. Really wish I had different internet service in my area

I hardly ever have issues with it. (Unless I do something to the router). 10/10 for the consistency. Now, that occasion I have that self inflicted error, the customer service goes above and beyond for me. Their customer service isn't the basic "troubleshooting" it's the "how's your family" type service and that's what I appreciate and admire about service. Pricing, the pricing in my opinion is fantastic for the needs of my household. I've been with this company for a few years now and NEVER received a hidden fee or price increase. Consistency is appreciated. Owen, thank you for you dedication and hours you sacrifice to keep us going. Paw patrol may sound silly but there's a little guy over here grateful for that! So thank you Mojave Communications. We'll support your business life time!

I was relieved to hear about mojave communications on my facebook page. From my old pastor and a few other's. And my installation was free, and the only thing i paid was my internet bill, if your a senior citizen it's 10 dollars cheaper Every penny counts, if give them a 10 syar review, but it only goes to 5 ​

    Update on my review of this store and customer service representatives. 6/2/26 People watch out for…read morethis store not using your true address for the contract. Got scammed into a contract by the manager around a year ago just so they get that commission and they added a couple boxes and told me they were giving them to me and my wife and don't tell you you are being charged for them more commission money. Once I started having problems I called customer service hours on the phone they never told me I can't have internet for my house at all because of my address and finally the last customer service representative looked up my address and told me I can't have their service at all finally a person that was truthful. I quit making payments on the phone do to a fraudulent contract and they took me to collections on a fraudulent contract how stupid is that. Also if you're late on your phone payment they will text you that you have 40 sexual texting complaints against you and I had to tell my wife what I was being accused of and at the time my wife was on hospice care . Ya I got a hold of BBB let them know what was going on with T Mobile. A couple days later or so the guy in charge of my complaint called me and told me I was not liable for the phone or contract anymore lol. The guy in charge of my complaint told me the way they signed me up at this store wasn't fraud well BBB thought differently lol. This store and almost everyone from T Mobile customer service representatives literally lied to me on the phone never telling me I should not have internet through T Mobile at all. One representative told me it was an Apple problem or facebook problem. Good luck people if you want to do business with scammers fraudsters and liars. A lot more happened but fingers are getting numb from doing other reviews today on facebook of T Mobile advertising. Ya they keep taking them down so nobody can read them but I put my reviews right back up lol.

They were scammed!! I can't believe that one of your employees did that simply because my parents are older. SHAME ON YOU! Luckily I am due for an upgrade & saw that there was all these numbers added onto their billing. Please do not go to this store, & if you do beware of the charges on your bill. If you're an older person please wait for someone to go in with you.

    This Verizon location has been around as long as I can remember (the one at Jess Ranch on Bear…read moreValley Rd being my other go to before it closed). I've gone in the activate, upgrade and purchase new phones in the past fifteen years and it's always been nothing but smooth. Parking is easy and never full in a huge shared plaza lot with Us Bank, Vons, Ross, Petco, Pizza Hut, Del Taco, Gator's (2), and much more. Customer service is prompt and friendly and even though I'm not a local anymore - whenever I'm in town and in need of some assistances this is the first Vz store I go to. Currently a Samsung Galaxy Ultra 23 users, not quite ready for an upgrade but inquiring for the future. Plenty of people to answer questions or offer assistances. Accessories can be a little steep compared to deals you can find online, however they are convenient and discounts arised, especially around the holidays. I will note that I'm not an iPhone user by any means so I can't speak to any issues with the 15 or even 16 or issues with Trade-in/upgrade to those devices.

It was clear he was focused on making a sale rather than being honest and helpful. After purchasing three Apple products from this store (a phone, iPad, and watch), he earned his commission, but several things he told me turned out to be false. He promised to waive activation fees and gave inaccurate information about my bill, but those promises were not kept. From the beginning, the staff openly talked about meeting monthly quotas and treated sales like a game, which felt very inappropriate and unprofessional. He told me he would be going on his lunch break when I came back and said he would greet me afterward, but instead he completely disregarded me when I returned. When he did help me, he was visibly upset about missing his lunch break and told me I was basically taking up his time because he had not eaten. This was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Additionally, he added an extra line/service to my account that we never discussed or agreed to. I was not aware of this until I saw my bill and had to call to have it removed. Since then, I have returned to the store three times to speak with him and was brushed off each time. On another visit, I was also spoken to rudely by a different representative. I tried contacting Lamar through his work phone, but he continued to delay and give misleading responses. I do not recommend this location. If you find yourself in a similar situation, I strongly suggest contacting Verizon corporate customer service directly--they were the only ones who helped resolve my issue. I believe the staff here, especially Lamar, need better training in customer service and transparency.
