I have a beautiful corner office surrounded by windows--it's incredibly comfortable and inviting. One of the things I love most is the networking opportunities here. Everyone is so friendly, especially the staff. Tina and Keely are truly some of the best property managers I've worked with. As someone in the real estate industry, I recognize a well-run management operation when I see one, and this team is exceptional. All of the common areas are welcoming, clean, and well-maintained. The parking is convenient, and the location is extremely accommodating--right off Dale Mabry, with plenty of restaurants and shopping centers nearby. Overall, the customer service is outstanding. If renting an office, you also receive tokens that can be used for securing private meeting rooms and collaborative spaces. In addition to creative workspaces and ergonmic seating, the building has amazing amenities, including a gym, fully equipped locker rooms, exclusive sauna access, and even a NAPTIME room! You receive a personal WiFi network that provides you with secure high speed Internet access throughout the entire building, and there is a shared kitchen on the first floor with complimentary coffee, tea, and refrigerator access. There is a fully equipped Podcast studio for high-quality audio recording and production, and you can even reserve the photo studio which you can use to update your headshot or take holiday photos with family! Perhaps the coolest benefit of being a 4&Co Member is that they host monthly community events and networking opportunities to help you connect with other professionals. I only had an office for a few months but in that short time, I forged new professional relationships and truly enjoyed my time on the property.

It costs more than competitors like WeWork, but there is an obvious professional focus here that is not so clear at some other coworking spaces. It was quiter (although that could be because it was a Friday). The Wi-Fi worked quick and if you want a full trial I believe you can visit for a week. Right now I'm in the middle of a choosing a cowork space so I wanted to experience this place for a day and see how I liked it. They have free snacks and your usual coffee, I liked that they stuck with something local instead of a generic brand. The cowork space is dog-friendly so if you have a furry friend and want to bring them to work, this could be a solution for you. The bathrooms were clean, there was plenty of quiet "telephone booths" if you do not have an office and the soundproof elemt seemed great. I could not hear anyone having meetings while walking around. They could use more restrooms though. I would recommend it if it fits within your budget. I like it!

We were placed in a glass-enclosed office in the middle of the building's highest-traffic area. It felt more like a retail display case than a functional workspace. Everyone with an office at industrious Channelside had to walk directly past it, making it extremely distracting and unsuitable for focused work. I raised the issue immediately. Dana showed me a smaller, quieter office, but immediately informed me there was a contract on the other office, meaning annual that couldn't be cancelled. I explained that the office she showed me would work perfectly well. I told her I would speak to corporate about it and would obtain approval from my corporate office to move. Despite that approval, I was repeatedly told that the existing "contract" prevented any change and it would be 13k for the new office, a month. What Kristi, Dana, and Kate all failed to disclose was that the agreement was month to month. Each person relied on the existence of a "contract" as the reason nothing could be changed, while withholding the fact that there was no long-term commitment. I learned that only after specifically requesting a copy. Not one person offered meaningful assistance or made a genuine effort to find a reasonable solution. Instead, the focus appeared to be on getting another agreement signed while continuing to collect approximately $12,000 per month from my employer for offices that were entirely unused. Months later, I returned because construction at my condominium made working from home difficult. The original space was still sitting unused, yet the charges continued. No one from this location had reached out to address the situation, suggest a more appropriate office, reduce the unnecessary space, or otherwise work with the me or corporate. I am now looking for office space again, and I would not use this facility even if it were offered to me for free. Transparency is central to my own line of work, and this experience felt evasive, opportunistic, and deeply unethical. I do not do business with organizations that operate this way. While I cannot speak for every location, I would never recommend the Channelside office. This was one of the most troubling business experiences I have had, particularly because management appeared more interested in preserving revenue than helping a client who was clearly paying for space that was not being used. I hope other locations do not operate the same. Would not recommend.

Attended the wild wild west party…read more First 100 people got free ranch rider drinks with drink cozies and bandannas. They had a mechanical bull. Lots of people lined up to ride and take pictures on it. The music was more dance than country. The dance floor where the DJ was set up wasn't very big. It was interesting layout with stadium style tiered seating. They also had a fun drag show. A cowgirl and cowboy on stilts. In the back room they had a tattoo parlor set up. You could get a tiny tattoo. They even had cowboy boots and hats that you get to commemorate the evening. Another room just for pictures with mirrors and a westerner backdrop. Very eclectic experience. Interesting venue. I could definitely see renting it for a variety of events.

I assumed I would have the choice of several different options, but it turned out that CoWorkTampa was really the only spot - and it ended up being great! I was looking for a place where I'd have a decent amount of space, first of all. I didn't need completely privacy, but just wanted to make sure we weren't elbow-to-elbow with other fellow co-workers, which is what would have happened if we opted to go to a coffee shop. CoWorkTampa has an ample amount of space, which almost made us feel like we had an entire area to ourselves. There were other folks around, but the space really lent itself to the semi-private setting I was seeking. The cost was $20 a day, per person, which gave us the space we needed, wifi, coffee and access to store anything in the kitchen. We were also offered to join in on a member lunch when they had a surplus of food one day. Also, something we utilized multiple times were the private booths for phone/video calls that only have enough room for one person and your laptop. Those were very clutch for the calls we needed to take. I'd return to CoWorkTampa in a heartbeat next time I need space. And I'd recommend it to anyone who is looking for become a member!

What I found hunting for a Cowork space was the prices most locations want are simply outrageous. Coworking is suppose to be for small business and young startups, yet they want to charge a fortune for membership, and then, on top of that parking is pay at many places. Coworktampa has FREE parking! It is really a nice mix of business and entrepreneurs too. I have met a lot of great people. Few months back they installed a new community manager and he has been incredible too. Check it out before you pay confiscatory rates at some other location.

Looking for a place to co-work and found this spot in downtown Tampa. It's a little hard to find…read moresince there is no signage in the building, just look for the WeWork sign and its on floors 14-15. There is also a 16th floor, but you can only access with an access card and it's a little buggy. There's a bagel shop next door if you want to grab food before going in. Inside there are plenty of tables, Wi-Fi, and plugs (there could be more though), and also telephone booths for you to have meetings in if you need a quiet space, which you might, considering some people were having full-on meetings in the open spaces. The complimentary coffee is good and so is the tea. There's also a fridge to store your food, microwaves to heat up food, and snacks available for purchase. There is plenty of seating and the attendant at the front is friendly. It is currently open from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. so keep that in mind if your working hours differ, you might be able to stay in after with limited services. There is a nice view of downtown Tampa here and the highway (yay traffic). Overall, I would go back and recommend this spot.
