We had a nice meeting with basic advice, and she stated it would be a couple of months before she had any numbers for me since she was currently working on quarterly taxes. We had a few email exchanges with Melissa over the next months and a phone call but never received any numbers. This year around March, my husband reached back out to them to do our yearly taxes. Melissa emailed us a few times answering some questions. For the past month, my husband and I have been uploading our tax documents into their platform without anyone from the office asking us penitent questions needed to complete our return. We still didn't know how much we were going to owe so we put our information into Turbotax to see an estimate and to make sure we were sending them everything they needed. A week before taxes were due, we asked them directly if they were going to have our taxes completed because we hadn't heard from anyone nor been asked anything about our different tax situations. We told them in the email that if they were unable to file in time, we could use Turbotax so we didn't receive a penalty but we wanted them to file them. I also told Elizabeth that it looked like we were going to owe a lot more than we expected next year because we failed to meet an exemption that we were unaware of before selling our home. I told her that I would have expected that to be something she told me during our first meeting because it makes a huge financial difference. Instead, of calling me to discuss the matter, Elizabeth sends us an email six days before taxes are due telling me that she is discontinuing our relationship because I questioned her integrity. She was also offended we had used Turbotax. The entire situation was unprofessional and immature.

I filled out an online application, took a battery of Microsoft office tests ( Excel, Word, Outlook, Powerpoint and a problem solving test-50 questions in 12 minutes, I finished only 45), went on 2 interviews to meet potential employers and a Typing test. The following day ( 9/30-today), I took a drug test, criminal background check, credit check, DMV test ( she told me about my long list of speeding tickets from yrs ago in NJ). I am loving the screening process. True to Charles Foster's word and professionalism, My skill set was paired with their best client which met my needs. Salary is good, location is awesome and there is upward mobility...I am extremely happy, Grateful, Thankful, Blessed, and Humbled. I think that was a world record for me, a new job within 4 hours of resigning. I had no plan, nothing waiting but I had trust in God and I had a gut instinct that Charles Foster could help me. God is Good. Put him first and everything in life just FLOWS. I recommend this company 1000 percent!!!!!
