Try to direct you to the support desk that has yet to be able to fix a problem without a technician visit. Have had continual problem with the v and HVAC controls. Only thing that has worked well is the lighting and shades. Pretty expensive system to just be able to turn on light and raise the shades. Would never use BeInnovative again nor recommend anyone else use them.
