Bought a Living Social deal. Waiting until the last few weeks of the deal to get the house ready for someone to rent and tried to get in contact with the company. No one answered and we left several messages. We also reached out to Living Social who was no help whatsoever. This is a F on my end. I called the bank to file a dispute for the $150 move in/move out charge and got my money back that way. Anyone who has a problem with this company, I suggest calling your credit card company. Last time we called to schedule, the voicemail box was full and not taking anymore messages. **To get your money back from this deal, you must call your bank and file a fraudulent charge for the amount you paid. It doesn't matter if it was through Living Social or Groupon. You did not get services rendered and therefore are protected and can get your money back. I had my $150 refunded by Chase Bank within 12 hours of calling them. I suggest you do the same!" read more

Worst experience. I paid in full but no service. I came back home and nothing was done. I complained and owner agreed that the cleaner stated there was not much to clean but hour and half later, cleaner tells me that she cleaned everything. I stated I was not happy with service and asked for refund. Still trying to get refund after 6 weeks. Never again will I go for offer that seems to good to be true. Anyone reading this, please RUN. I would not recommend this company at all. I called for three months to book an appointment, and I finally received a call back after leaving a message and noting that I was inclined to call the social networking site on which I bought the service (it was either Groupon or Living Social) and note that this is a business with which they should no longer do business. When I finally received a call back, the appointment was canceled. The weather was inclement so I understood. However, we rescheduled and no one ever showed up. Not even a phone call. I called and received no answer. I called again and still didn't get a call back. Finally, I left a third message and noted that I was very upset and that it was extremely unprofessional to not call if no one was going to come clean. I had houseguests coming later that day as well so I had to put work aside and spend the rest of the day cleaning. When I was finally able to talk to the person again, he didn't seem to care much that I was upset. My concern is that this service keeps getting new clients through Living Social and Groupon and people are losing money. I WOULD NOT recommend this service. I still haven't had my house cleaned yet, but at this point, I am writing off the money I spent. Like other reviewers, I would also give this service an F. Avoid thus company at all costs. Maids themselves were fine, but the owner/manager is not. After several usages we discovered $800 worth of charges on a our creditcard from this company. "A glitch in the billing system" claimed the owner. 2 weeks of asking for a refund and we finally had to report the fraudulent charges to the credit card company. If that wasn't enough, the owner then claimed that the credit card company withdrew too much from him and that we needed to cut him a check for a couple of hundred dollars. The ridiculousness of that claim is hard to fathom. He then preceeded to call and text my wife multiple times per day until we ultimately demanded he stop contacting us. Steer clear. read more

Beginning of last year I paid in advance for service, and received it on a weekly basis fairly regularly. If for some reason they could not come on my scheduled day the owner Mr. Brandon Norris, promised to move my last cleaning date forward. At first I had the same girl coming every week and she was very good. It was a summertime position for her so in the fall I began having a new lady clean. Over the next few months I would have a new person cleaning my house every 3 weeks or so. I had one cleaner complain to me that she wasn't sure she would even get paid that week, and that the owner would only pay her cash (hmmm to avoid employment taxes I'm sure!!) That's when I started to raise an eyebrow. The owner offered me deal if I prepaid 6 months in advance. At the time he was still accepting credit cards. I figured that if he tried to screw me over, I could always file a complaint with my credit card company. So that gave me cleanings through the end of June 2014. And even though I was paid up through the end of June, Brandon was still trying to hit me up with more offers even as early as the end of January! Each time I told him no thanks, he'd call a few weeks later (was really starting to annoy me) Finally one day he talked me into doing another one of his pre-pay deals but then told me that he was no longer accepting credit cards. So I basically told him that the only way I would pay him cash for services is if I received the services first. So, a few weeks later, the lady who is now managing the "Ohio" market (her name is Kim) starts giving me excuses about why she can't come clean the house. Meanwhile Brandon is trying to find some suckers in Phoenix AZ (oh...here is his NEW cell phone number for anyone trying to reach him 602-559-8158) Yep, haven't had a cleaning since March....It's June. This company gets jobs from Groupon and Living Social. Well Groupon kicked him off due to complaints. He gets tons of complaints for no show, bad customer service, and bad cleaning service. As I had, to always smooth things over with clients. I was a go to Bitch!! Look at his BBB reviews. As a former maid for him he doesnt pay his employees, and has a revolving door of employees. He has never personally met or interviewed , drug tested or did background as his website assures clients. Who know who is in your home, he doesnt. Me and another former employee are consulting attorneys now. You are a mizzer and crook. I figure with his tactics, they will soon shut you down for any further business ventures. Do not go near these guys!!!!! Scheduled cleaning through Living Social. During scheduling of Living Social added extras to service verbally. On day of service cleaners unaware and unprepared to do extra cleaning, so called and verbally cancelled extra services. Not able to get credit through MasterCard, because all verbal, no written contract. Manager, Brandon Norris, emailed he would send check...nothing. Filed complaint with BBB....no help. Worst experience like previous poster. Nothing was done! Toilets were not even touched! I complained and owner was not responsive. The business voicemail is full and owner does not respond to email.
