Joint planning would have been better. Obviously, this began a year and 1/2 dispute as my ex-wife decided to drag things into the court rather than use the existing mechanism of arbitration provided by our signed agreement. So hell was unleashed unilaterally upon both sides of our family once more. And the lives of the kids became a purgatory of uncertainty and perpetual stress. My case is extraordinarily different in the sense that I am a man who is fighting the mother of my kids for them to have more right to see me. But what makes the extra difficult is that I also live in an entirely different state. Yet even with such a normally heavy lift, we were able to prevail in the case. Truly, you can do no better to get at the truth and bring back balance in your family than by working with Ms. Kester and her team.

Instead, Paul silenced me. My innocence was EVERYTHING to me but irrelevant to him. Instead of defending me, he threatened me w/ 6 years in prison but then offered to take it away again if I plead guilty (& paid him thousands for his retainer fee). Later, when I tried to stand up for myself his partner physically prevented me from showing my evidence to the judge. She made me leave it on a chair in the back of the courtroom so that I wouldn't take it up to the judge. Whatever their motives were, they were NOT in my best interests. I JUST NEEDED A VOICE! I call the case Malicious Prosecution. Mr. Williams methodically looked at all the "evidence" and took his findings to the prosecutor who finally dismissed the charges due to lack of evidence before trial was convened.
