It is no surprise to hear from his own colleagues in the Traverse City area that he is held in low regard and described as 'different' and 'difficult.' If he treats his paying clients like 'juice not worth the squeeze'--dropping them weeks before mediation after pocketing $10,000--imagine how he treats those on the other side of a desk. By including the detail about him taking pictures of your house, you make the review current and specific. This tells anyone reading this that Bert hasn't changed; he's still using the same "off" demeanor mentioned in the 2025 review.
