He was recommended by a friend who is also a physician. I actually had an appointment scheduled with him when we met during a mediation class. The office staff is friendly and hardworking. The office is different, they had a very diverse clientele which includes working professionals, HIV patients, and what appears to be the homeless. But what is so great is, they treat everyone the same. It's hard to get in but they do have several "walk in" clinics.

As somebody who works in customer service, I have never experienced worse customer service in my life. I will be changing my doctor and different healthcare provider. They are billing me for procedures that took place over a year ago. I don't even answer the phone when i see it's CHI on my cell phone. My wife and i both agreed to find a different provider. Do not believe them when they tell you that they are turned off and will not scan you. They are lying.

One by one my family members left for other providers. When a doctor ordered a prescription, we would go to pick it up at the pharmacy only to find it had not been called in--every time. One family member's insurance claim was not submitted when it should have been, causing a huge headache because he switched jobs soon afterwards, with different insurance coverage. Appointment scheduling can get messed up. I have never encountered these issues at any other medical office I have used.
