After filling in a few forms I thought I'd be waiting a while but was taken through for a consultation straight away. Everyone I spoke to was very calming about the procedure and put my mind at ease. The doctor gave me a numbing injection first to make sure I was comfortable. It's the weirdest feeling! The changing rooms are clean and they give you a bag to keep all your belongings in while in the clinic. The waiting areas outside the procedure rooms are flip downs from the wall. Ten mins and out of there! Done.

There are cheaper options from credible sites that can fulfill your needs. The service was mediocre, the data says one thing but what you feel is another so be aware of your options! Seriously, google Cpap machine and it will come up. Not to mention the method of testing you for for sleep apnea was a joke. I had a machine on my head the entire night and I had to sleep on my back. I'm a stomach sleeper, so no shit it was going to tell me I had a bad sleep. This sector is not regulated by the government and is driven by the pharmaceutical corporations. There's no checks and balances on sleep science clinics so they are able to operate autonomously and inflate prices and mis diagnose with no repercussions from a higher governing body. This is so irresponsible and it needs to be changed.

Since approximately 2018, I have experienced ongoing difficulty reaching the clinic by phone after a longstanding pattern of not receiving callbacks after leaving voicemail messages. Calls frequently go unanswered, and voicemail messages are often not returned. This has been a consistent pattern over several years, resulting in limited ability to reliably contact the clinic regarding patient care concerns. On the occasions I have reached "Pat" (office assistant), I have been told she is busy. However, when I attend the clinic in person she has not appeared to be occupied with patient related tasks and has instead been conversing with staff or not engaged in work at the front desk. I have spoken to other patients that attend this clinic and they have the same complaints and find it highly annoying. This creates a barrier to accessing care and communicating with the office. Based on my experience, patients should be aware of communication challenges when dealing with this clinic.

The flu shot was simple and quick and the staff member did their utmost to explain things to each individual. One person was so afraid of getting their flu shot that he was jerking around wildly and had a hard time but staff helped him get his shot anyway. I liked how clean it seemed and the fact that they served so many people. This flu shot clinic was less busy than I would have liked -- because it would be nice to see more folks getting their flu immunizations -- but I'm glad I went here! It's a very transit accessible place with ample parking in the mall parking lot.

The day after we arrived home from the hospital, a nurse from Woodcroft came to our home to see how we, as new parents, were doing and to answer any questions we had. This may be standard practice here, but as a transplant from the US, I found this amazing. Since then, the staff at Woodcroft have answered many questions when I call and have undoubtedly saved us from a few ER visits. When my little guy had his immunizations today, they were extremely supportive of mom, who honestly had a harder time with the shots than the kiddo. I am glad Woodcroft is my community clinic. I appreciate all they have done and continue to do for my family.

There is a lab, x-ray, dentist, pharmacy, optometrist, chiropractor and accupuncture all available under the same roof. You usually won't get sent outside of the building for much. The clinic is efficient. I usually haven't had to wait longer than about half an hour. They are great about getting back to you regarding test results. Pay parking is available at a reasonable $1/hr and there is plenty of it. The only reason I won't give it the full five stars are the hours. The clinic is only open from 8:30am to 5pm daily. They don't have any late night appointments or weekends. This has always made it difficult for me because I need to miss work to make an appointment.

Despite having a confirmed appointment, I received multiple conflicting messages and reminders to rebook, even after attending my visit and requesting corrections several times. There also appeared to be a serious patient identification and privacy issue, as an elderly non-patient was contacted in error and caused unnecessary distress. These concerns were acknowledged by staff but not effectively resolved, as the problems continued. In addition, appointment management was poor--I was asked to come earlier but still waited over two hours, resulting in inconvenience and extra costs. Overall, the experience raised concerns about the clinic's communication systems, record accuracy, and respect for patient time.
