As a parent of twins with developmental disabilities, I understand the importance of attendance. I also understand the reality of managing multiple therapies, medical appointments, school meetings, and life. Over time, repeated conversations about missed appointments, attendance reminders, and signing attendance acknowledgments left me feeling judged instead of supported. The final straw was accidentally leaving one week off a summer scheduling form, which led to another conversation about attendance. It wasn't about that one incident--it was the realization that this philosophy simply doesn't align with how I believe families of children with additional needs should be treated. The clinicians were wonderful, and the front desk staff were always professional and kind. My disappointment lies with leadership and the culture created by these policies. Families seeking pediatric therapy need partnership, empathy, and flexibility. Unfortunately, that wasn't our experience, and we chose to take our children elsewhere.

We finally got a good match and they "switched departments". Then they started saying I had to move my time due to scheduling conflicts even though we had waited 2 years to get the time slot we had. We got moved with a new SLP and I complained that they kept canceling and rescheduling. I can only assume they were double booking so instead of taking accountability for their poor planning, they decided to discontinue services simply because i advocated for my daughter. They dont seem to care about the children, they just want their paycheck

Our district contracted with your organization, and at the time of enrollment, we and our district were not made aware of the strict two-year contract policy that restricts the RBT from continuing to work with the same student. Allow me to provide some context. My son is a 17-year-old nonverbal individual with severe autism. He is extremely shy and requires a significant amount of time to build trust with someone before they can enter his personal space. Unfortunately, during my recent meeting with Dale Young, it became evident that no exceptions could be made to extend the contract of the current RBT with whom my son has developed a strong bond and trust. He kept stating that he firmly believes that it's important that they are able to work with others we agree as well we are seasoned parents. He's 17. There is rotation happening already in the classroom everyday. I just wanted him to have the best last two years of high school as possible and not have to have a transition happened twice. So at the end of the day, your company and Dale Young do not taken to consideration of the individual human. By this decision by Dale Young and your policy is going to cause extreme regression and depression anxiety on my 17 year-old son. I left the meeting with feeling like I was talking to a AI. You guys have to do better and consider your clients human beings, not just cases

He has been having difficulty with the very low volume of his speech - just one of the side effects of Parkinson's Disease. Along with her sunny disposition and positive outlook, Terri brought with her many years of expertise in her field. Although Daniel received speech therapy at various times in the past, Terri introduced us to some new techniques and recommendations to help with the speech volume issue, as well as swallowing issues that may possibly become problematic in the future. All of the various techniques, recommendations and exercises presented were very interesting and extremely helpful. We were very pleased with the therapy that Terri provided and although the duration of her visits was limited, she left us with many valuable tools and exercises to work on, along with pleasant memories of her visits and the pleasure of meeting her.
