Always a great experience! I always work with Dr. Jodi and Joe. I have sciatica and extremely extremely tight hips and I can always count on them to make me feel "as good as new". Recently I prepaid 2 months of treatment following my evaluation. Some proper breathing techniques, and adjustment and a 30 minute stretch later and I was ready to make the first step to maintaining my health and body. I have been with them for the last 3 years or so with treatment twice a month just for instant relief, I finally moved forward with their advice and couldn't have made a better choice. They try to force you into coming back into the office to receive credits on your account so that they can try to sell you on more service. It seems in looking back, things used to be much better a few years ago. Looks like money and money! Have gotten in the way of healing first. I cannot even find a time to get in with no weekend or evening appointments. I would think most people could not get there on a weekday by 6pm. It's sad, because when Dr Jodi wanted to be a brilliant chiropractor with a top notch staff, she was the best I had been to, had weekend hours, and was very accommodating. The doctors are absolutely wonderful but, customer service makes or breaks a business. As long as you are dancing to the beat of their drum, everything goes smoothly. But, the moment you need something or have even a minor concern, the office staff become extremely rigid, busy and impatient. Suddenly they don't have time for even the smallest questions or tasks and you can absolutely feel the underlying tension. That is unacceptable. There has been a lot of employee turnover fueled by frustration and now I understand first-hand why. Your frontline employees can lead you to success or failure so choose wisely. read more

This office is managed very poorly. Two months in a row I was called just hours before my scheduled massage to find out that they still haven't hired a replacement massage therapist. It is very unprofessional to wait until the last minute to notify clients when you have known for days that the appointment was going to be canceled. When you try to call the office you rarely speak to a person- you get their voicemail. I would not recommend this business. read more

This place will get every last dime out of you and/your insurance company that they can. They overcharged me and refused to give me any paperwork saying how much I owed. Made every attempt to put me a plan to visit twice a week and squeeze every nickel out they could. The chiropractors were useless. Sammy, the PT that stretches you, however is excellent. read more

I went to Dr. Jackiel's office for myofascial massage therapy. I had been getting these massage therapies from her office with a certain therapist since 2013. It was always charged as 1/2 hour of chiropractic time to my insurance company policy. With chiropractic time, according to my insurance plan, I could get up to 1/2 hour of myofascial massage therapy. I would then pay 40 dollars for an extra half hour that I medically needed. I was told by Dr. Jackiel it would be charged to my insurance as chiropractic.The therapist was not licensed for physical therapy. Months later I found she charged 15 minutes to the chiropractic time and 15 minutes to physical therapy, double billing the insurance co. This kept me, a cancer survivor, from getting the needed lymphedema visits that I so much needed, as when she double billed, she locked up my physical therapy visits as used, Unknowingly, the insurance company paid her for 15 visits from both the chiropractic and physical therapy visits. I went to Dr. Jackiel and later her biller Christine,at least twice. Dr. Jackiel said that she billed from the Chiropractic side and that it was right, neither would readdress it again as an error on their part. Christine called my insurance company and told them that she billed correct. Christine then told me she called my insurance co and she got it straightened out, when in fact she lied to me, as she did not. The insurance company did a fraud investigation. They are giving Dr. Jackiel the benefit of the doubt that the 15 double charges were done in error. They said that what she did could be possibly called unethical. Contractually she jumped both sides of the contractual agreement of providers, closely walking that line between her and the insurance co,, sometimes stepping off of it. In giving Dr. Jackiel the benefit of the doubt, the insurance reps has kept leaving messages for her on their voice mail, along with the incident numbers, but she won't call the reps back on the insurance provider line. They will call 3 times then they close out each case noting that she has not contacted them back. Insurance has now reopened the case and I now am contesting the double billings. Don't trust her or her staff to do the right thing. Shame on her for being so greedy and not thinking of her sick clients. I recommend trying a more reputable office. read more

I had purchased a Groupon for a 90 minute massage as I was looking for a local chiropractor/massage therapist. I scheduled the massage several weeks in advance and also called the day before the appointment to confirm the day/time as I had not received an appointment reminder as I had been told I would. I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early, completed the paperwork, and was advised to wait in the waiting room for the therapist. I waited for 22 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment time and then went to the front desk. The receptionist was surprised to see me and told me the therapist was with a client. She also told me that the therapist normally runs 10 minutes late but "not this long". As there was no idea how long I would be waiting and I had limited time off work, I decided to leave. I know have to figure out how to get my Groupon refund as the voucher was "activated" when I arrived. So...a very disappointing experience overall. I recommend not wasting your time and energy here. read more

I called to make an acupuncture appointment. While on on the phone I was asked if I had been on a chiropractor office before. I said yes but informed the attendant on the phone I was calling in reference to an acupuncture appointment. She proceeded to make my schedule. Today I arrived at the office and was asked to check in. I was told to check the "chiro" box. I informed the attendant I was there for acupuncture. Obviously she was not listening to a word I said and told me to check the box anyway. Shortly after, another attendant took me on a tour of the facility and showed me where the chiropractor was. I informed that attendant I was there for acupuncture (3rd time). Long story short, she took me back to the front desk. The attendant had no idea about the acupunture schedule and tried to hand me a card so I could call and reschedule an appointment myself. Talk about efficient customer service. I get a business card to call and reschedule my appointment after all the screw up? I guess they were to busy to make an appointment for me after all the inconvinienced they caused me.
