After trying the one in Vegas back in September 2025, I have been on the hunt for a Salt Room in LA to no avail:( ...And much to my surprise, one popped up while I was in Orlando for an event! I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. If you thought that The Salt Room was just for salt therapy -- think again! I just had one of the best massages of my life with Dori. After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. I stopped in for a massage just before the holiday madness and was SO happy I did. I had not been here before and my usual spot fell through so I gave them a shot and I honestly believe that I received the best massage I've probably ever had. I booked the 1-hr Halo Massage ($120) and after filling out the paperwork, I was paired up with a fantastic massage therapist, Nyia. She gave me a quick tour of the place and informed me that, due to the salt therapy mist in the room, I should store my belongings in a locker in the room so that it didn't leave a salt residue on my things. This salt therapy runs during the massage and has many health benefits. It was very relaxing and never ended up bothering me at all. I opted for more of a relaxing, therapeutic massage and it was INCREDIBLE. Nyia spent a little more time on my back and worked out a ton of knots that I didn't even realize I had. She had a very sure hand and assertive technique. I was super happy with the massage and definitely plan on returning again soon. Highly recommend! My acupuncturist recommended this place to me as I was not feeling too well and was congested. I love anything health and wellness and had not yet tried the salt room experience before. Forewarning it looks creepy on the room at a glance but embrace the weird. I luckily enjoyed my session alongside two other ladies who frequent the salt room weekly. They were outfitted with reading tablets and reading lights which was cool to see. I relaxed in the lounge chair and loved that they had com meditative music playing. Thank you to the gal who reserved me via text, she recommended I wear light colors so I didn't walk out looking dusty and was easier cleaning. I closed my eyes and relaxed and in the middle of my experience my ears unclogged. I left feeling rejuvenated! I cannot wait to experience it again. I have the salt room monthly membership for my psoriasis & I haven't had a bad experience. Everything has been so clean. The front desk girls are so kind & they make scheduling so relaxed. Water & tea are offered in the waiting area. Karen, the massage therapist is amazing, I highly recommend using her if you can get an appointment(she's popular). Visited the salt room, booked a halo appointment, my appointment was for 11:30. I walked in say about 11:15 filled out my forms fairly quickly. Wasn't seen till about 11:40ish. Upon entering my room i was told that it was not a salt therapy room. Which was disappointing since i was paying $110 for a massage that included Salt Therapy written online, on their website. My massage was with Victoria, she was good, the massage seemed to go fairly quick. Reason why I'm taking off two stars --- After the massage i asked the front desk about the salt therapy, & they handed me a card for next visit i get a free salt room therapy. And still had to pay the $110.... If i were told via phone i would not receive salt therapy i wouldn't have booked. The point of the "salt room" is to experience the salts... not sure why i wasn't offered to use the salt room right then and there. Probably wouldn't return back. read more

Absolutely loved my first visit to The Salt Room for a one hour Halo Massage. I wasn't completely sure what to expect having never experienced a salt room before. I arrived a few minutes early to fill out paperwork as a first timer and waited in a cute little relaxation room that is perfectly decorated. The building is old but they have done a lot to make it cute and relaxing inside. My massage therapist, Xiomara was very friendly and did an excellent job explaining everything to me. The therapy room was quant and a bit tired but the treatment was SO fabulous. I got to experience salt therapy during the entire session as they pumped in salt through a small hole in the wall. The massage was exactly what I needed -- perfect pressure concentrating on my neck and shoulders just like I requested. My sinuses opened up within the first couple minutes and I have never breathed deeper. There is definitely something to the benefits of salt therapy while receiving a massage.
