I called many notary publics today in Richmond and south of YVR to get quotes to compare.... each one had a secretary personally answer or put me on hold, or a voicemail with the company's name, but this was really weird with no personal assistant picking up and also no voicemail detailing who it is... so I didn't feel confident about leaving a voicemail nor calling back.
