If I could give 0 stars, I would. I took my phone in here to have the camera fixed. From my original inquiry to see if they could repair it, to when it actually got completed, it took 2 weeks. I get that parts take time to get there. Normally this wouldn't have been an issue. Problems began when she broke my screen while trying to fix my camera then charged me to replace the screen! She said she gave me a deal by only charging me half the original price of the screen because she felt bad for breaking it. She should have ate the cost! Then proceeded to yell at me over the phone when I told her I didn't think I should have to pay for it because of their lack of communication, poor service, and she broke the screen! My full review is on their Facebook page as I'm limited on here. My phone I got back with the "NEW" screen has screen burn on it, the buttons are loose, and the earpiece is no longer flush with the screen and sticks really high up. I've never been treated so poorly at a place of business before, let alone by the owner! Then she goes to her personal page and is requesting from friends to post positive reviews to wash out my bad review. How about earn it by providing a good service to people! read more

I took a couple of laptops in to have worked on. It took a while to get the whole ordeal sorted out, but it was hugely on my part. (A really bad point in my life). The owners communicated with me every time I tried to reach them. Even let me know at what point the laptops were probably obsolete and the benefit of upgrading to a new system. They were able to answer my questions and never treated me poorly (even if my ability to communicate with THEM was sub par at best). All in all, a fantastic local business. I would definitely recommend them as a place to check out if you're in need of a fix or general advice on how to get things done properly! The only thing I could recommend improving is to make sure their scatterbrained customers get everything they need. ;) read more

Daughter brought her phone today to this company! It was taking awhile so she patiently waited. A chubby lady told my daughter she had up and yelled at my daughter. Exclaiming to her that shes going to wait until tomorrow and if she didnt like it the tough. Well hold a frakkin lickin minute there. I would have exclaimed to her to return my money asap, my daughters phone and told this eccentric woman that everyone is going to hear about how badly shea treating customers We are new to elko. Amazing customer service and professional repairs. I took 2 iPad minis and my iPhone in for repairs, and I was mind blown by the integrity that I saw. One of my iPads was beyond repair, but they did what they could to extend the life for my son. My phone and other iPad both were repaired plus they threw in their Titanium screen protection for FREE! April is beyond professional and constantly gives back to the community that she serves. It is refreshing to do business with someone who loves what they do and strives for perfection. read more

Great customer service! April at NV IT went above and beyond for our business when we needed it the most, on a weekend!! She took time out of her weekend with her family to personally call us to help resolve the issues we were having and even followed up with us that Sunday. I gave this place a second chance and it did not disappoint. Sergio was great! He helped and explained to us what was wrong with our iphone. He then told us how long he would take to fix our phone. Great service very friendly and fast!! I took my iPhone 5s in Friday and they had it fixed within 30/45 mins if that. It needed a new battery wasn't expensive which really helped me lol.. I have had Apple products forever. The largest problem I faced was that I had to take my Mac computers to cities at least 300 miles away for repairs. This is no longer the case. I now have Nevada IT.
