It is ONE FN PERSON who has the most absolute sweet customer service whn u first interact w him but he gets rude af if u try n call later on in the day to leave a message whn his site clearly says 24 hour service!! BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS...we paid over $900 and were SCAMMED and have not received a refund! Early in 2025, my husband and I hired Michael Sunde of NV Quick Divorce in Reno, NV, to file the simplest of joint divorce petitions on our behalf after reading the positive reviews. My ex and I decided to settle between us all matters regarding assets, debt and property and we didn't have kids or any other legal considerations that should have required additional time, attention, or paperwork for the filing. We looked to Mr. Sunde to give us the appropriate forms to have our divorce recorded QUICKLY as the business name implies. FOUR MONTHS and 900+ dollars later, after contacting Mr. Sunde multiple times to understand why we RECEIVED NOTHING for the money we spent since our paperwork was still not recorded (I had called multiple surrounding judicial districts just to check) we realized we were victims of FRAUD. In our attempts to seek answers from Mr. Sunde, we were met with rudeness and belligerence and threats of our credit card being charged (which he did do) all because we were asking him to explain his lack of service. He referred to his work agreement which stated, "Customer agrees to give us a good review when case completed," and that we needed to provide this prior to him mailing us our supposed "recorded" divorce papers (which were never actually recorded). Not only did our case NOT get completed, but requiring a review from us to receive paid-for services is coercive and illegal. After NV Quick Divorce wasted our time and took our money, I ended up having to self-file my divorce online. I learned that I was required to file my decree with the judicial court district in my county of residence. In looking back over the paperwork Mr. Sunde originally sent us to complete, I noticed that the forms were not even for the appropriate district court! I submitted a demand letter to Mr. Sunde for a refund for services NOT provided, and soon after receipt of the letter, Mr. Sunde called my ex-husband (not me directly though I gave my contact info) feigning confusion about the demand and giving false claims about having taken care of this case which, again, was never completed. PLEASE, DO NOT RISK YOUR TIME AND MONEY with this business, you may end up like me with a legal case on your hands. read more

Mr Sunde took my money and refuses to send me the certified copies of my annulment that I paid for. He has told me I have to pay him $100 to access the file. He never sent me my annulment and I have no way to change my name etc. He has demanded additional money to release my documents that I've already paid for. Will not respond until you pay him whatever he asks. I paid in good faith and he just keeps trying to get more money. Wanted to charge me for communication. Most communication secondary to his spelling, grammar and incorrect information on original paperwork. I can provide proof of all claims. Update: received call from Mike Sunde yesterday to tell me that I was "an a*****e" and to "f**k off" for leaving a bad review. Still refuses to send documents. read more

If i could could give 0 start I would. I just asked to advise when docs would be sent Michael told me they were sent. I didn't receive anything so I advise no docs were received. Then I was told he resent them and I backed him and was accused of trying to commit fraud in which I wasn't. He didn't no problem solving just accused me of fraud. In which clearly I wasn't bc I was I called him for a resolution. He then proceeded to tell me he wasn't going to help me bc he accused me of blocking his email and trying to commit fraud. Which i told him clearly I wasn't I was just trying to get a resolution advise him instead of send a new email which heclaims was being blocked to maybe mail them or attached them to our email correspondence which he told me he didn't have time for me today. I had to suggest to him maybe I could call him tomorrow to be on the phone and we could resolve this together to ensure documents were being emailed correctly he proceeded to tell me to call him tomorrow at 11 am and hung up. I started my annulment in mid February and it was signed by a judge on March 10th. I was HIGHLY SKEPTICAL through the entire process. The problems that I encountered were because I did not understand certain directions. There are 2 fees. The initial 390.00 is for them to fill out all the paperwork. After you have your part notarized and you send it to them you need to pay the court fees which is another 330.00, I didn't realize that the court fees were that much. All in all it got signed sealed and delivered and I am quite relieved. If it's an easy agreeable annulment I think this place is the one to use. Hopefully I never use them again. Let me tell you, this company should be ashamed of themselves, yes MIKE SUNDE, I am speaking about you. I wish I would of looked at these yelp reviews first. Lets back up a little bit though, when I first called this company for an annulment I spoke with Mike who seemed very kind and sincere. Wait, it gets better. That is until you pay him in full. Mike becomes verbally aggressive, vulgar and very unprofessional. He actually blocked my phone number and email because per him "I fucking call to much for updates". This company will defraud you, just like they did me and many many others seeking help. This company misrepresents themselves, they are misleading and false is their advertising. MIKE SUNDE, will try to charge you for what he calls "status fee calls" in which he states are 200.00 per call. Last I check, he is not an attorney. This company is a SCAM. Mike will falsify paperwork to his advantage. Nevada Quick Divorce lures customers on false promises, fake personas, overcharges for papers they may or may not do. Then they will refuse to give you copies of your paperwork or hold your paperwork, until you give them more and more money. Honest review and not a paid advertisement: I was a little skeptical at first after reading some of the negative reviews, I promised myself that I would follow up either way so here it goes. I mailed my paperwork to mike in Nevada and was delivered on 6/12. Today I received my annulment signed by the judge on 6/24. Nevada quick was able to get a 4 year old marriage ( that I forgot about) annulled for me. I know I wouldn't have been able to do it on my own since I live out of state. Mike answered all my questions beforehand. Please note: there are two fees, paperwork fees ( the ones you pay online) and then there are filing fees (you send a money order or cashiers check when returning your paperwork to Nevada quick. A few things to think about before you utilize this service. They are NOT lawyers! Only paralegals. In order to finish the procedure, you and your wife must be talking enough to finish some of the legal requirements they can't perform. I started off with the both parties agree platform, but when my ex decided she wasn't going to do anything, I switched to the one person does not agree platform. Emails went back and forth, most with little to no explanation except read the Instructions page. Started with an investment of $275 and ended with me investing a little over $1000. When my ex got a lawyer, got a phone call from Mike (sometimes he goes by Joe) telling me that they had done all they could because she got a lawyer. I asked for some money back and was told that wasn't possible. I then hired a lawyer at a cost of $1500. Not a good experience. Can't recommend!! Get a lawyer. Pay him/her and get it right the first time. read more
