It's despicable that they then said that they did call me one time after they received the documents. However, no one ever made a second attempt. No calls were ever noted on my phone or my voicemail. Unprofessional. No follow up. No consideration. Spoke to a supervisor. He was very pleasant. Did not offer me one day sooner to work with me to get this money dispersed.

I had to get the regional supervisor involved and then finally sent me the correct paperwork. After that I had to threaten to go to the Federal Trade Commission to get the results I needed to get the funds transferred. I higher recommend to stay away from this place. They don't know what there doing.
