Well the crew from LVL has had our house for two and a half months - it was a transformation from the basement to the roof. It is beautiful. The attention to detail, the quality of the work- it is unbeatable. They put in a new French drain system and properly sealed the entire basement, creating additional living space for our teen girls.They replaced all the uneven floors and made the entire home not only much more functional- but breathtakingly gorgeous. The problem is then the left the house unfinished, never completing it. Six months later- their electrical work caused a house fire. Repeated attempts to rectify the issues failed until the owner of LaVillaLux just stopped talking to us altogether. Not the best way to do business. Really sad at the outcome.

We need our patio door replaced…read moreright away due to broken glasses, I reach out to Steve the previous night around 11 pm, he, not only answered but was able to work with me on a plan and execute it the next day. Since we were in an emergency situation, Steve was able to assemble a crew quickly after their scheduled job and worked on our house tirelessly till about midnight and cleaned everything up and was super courteous. Steve and George came out on a Saturday to finish up trim work and putting in the screen door (had to wait for caulk to dry). Steve is unlike the other contractors I've worked with, he shows up and keeps his word and will be there till it's finished to customers satisfaction. Will definitely use him again if needed. In fact, we hired him to remove an old antenna bolted / screwed to the house already. Whether you are in an emergency situation or need some handyman work done, you can trust Steve with your project.

Showed up around lunch time and claimed it was the only job he had. He also said things to my daughter about being low on money and that is not okay, that made me think he may steal something from her home, or not complete the job because he was asking for all the money for the job upfront. I'm happy we agreed to pay half upfront and half at the end which he was not happy about. I 100% do not recommend. No missing spots, no drips, no runs, furniture removed and replaced. Mike and his team did quite a bit of work in the bathrooms. They replaced toilets, cut holes in the tile wall for new outlets, and replaced old pedestal sinks with new floating vanities and sinks. The work was done efficiently and correctly. They had all the right tools and parts, and everything went together beautifully. At the end of the job, they cleaned everything up thoroughly and hauled away all the trash.
