They have helped me to adapt and become a better, more efficient worker in the home health field, and have helped me streamline my visits and documentation process. My skill set has vastly improved and I continue to learn each and every day. I genuinely love my job. LivinRite strives to create a culture of positivity and inclusivity. They welcome feedback and understand the importance of good communication. I've felt heard when I've needed it most and they have been accommodating by adjusting my schedule to allow time for family, appointments, self-care, etc. Another point of note is that I've never felt any pressure to take on anything that I wasn't comfortable with. They respect boundaries in that sense which is huge. Our team genuinely cares about our clients and I look forward to every opportunity to help patients that need it most and LivinRite makes that happen.

The…read morenurses all have been competent but the scheduler is horrible, cannot seem to understand that patients often have competing appointments and are not at liberty to change appointments to suit the " way that Livinrite schedules." There have been several "miscommunications" that the scheduler tried to blame on my parents- one was when they sent out a nurse on a day my mother told them repeatedly over several calls that SHE HAD A DOCORS APPOINTMENT AND WPUPS NOT BE HERE. They send a nurse anyway and tries to call it a no show appointment. When I called to file a complaint, the scheduler said since it was a holiday , they could only come that day . WHAT THE HECK??? And she tried to shame my mother about not being here. Really they have caused so much stress for my poor parents it's ridiculous. They should be there to provide care not cause stress.

Heart Matters Home Health Care is truly a team of angels led by the most compassionate, caring, and…read morepatient person that I know. They took care of my parents for more than six years. My mom had rapidly advancing dementia, and my dad was her tireless caregiver. He was also a 100% disabled veteran. We initially began with their respite care services to give my dad a much-needed break a couple of times a week. As my mom's mental condition and my dad's physical health declined, Heart Matters seamlessly transitioned to providing more days, some nights, and eventually round-the-clock care. Mom and Dad loved them, and Cindy and her team loved them back. After my dad passed away in 2000, the Heart Matters team became my mom's sole caregivers for three and a half years until she also passed. My brothers and I lived far away and could not have asked for better care for our parents. The team at Heart Matters held my mom's hand as she died, while we were still on airplanes trying to get there. We owe them a debt of gratitude that is impossible to repay. Their dedication, professionalism, and genuine care for our parents' well-being were extraordinary. I wholeheartedly recommend Heart Matters Home Health Care to anyone in need of compassionate and comprehensive home health care services.

I have been in Elder Care for over 12 years either in the office or hands on giving care. Cindy the owner of Heart Matters goes above and beyond any other Home Care Administrator. Her compassion and love for her clients is palpable and she listens and cares deeply for her employees with an "Always open door policy". If a Caregiver can't get to a client she does. I have had the pleasure of working with her as both a CNA and office administrator. She is as is said "Good People"!!! I would not hesitate to have Heart Matters be the company of choice to handle the care of my parents. Rosemarie

4 minutes agoNEW-Edit As this is a business that does…read moreeverything to encourage positive reviews -ie they continually send messages please review us- I felt it is worth warning people about this company. My father has Alzheimers and was in a memory care unit. The unit required us to hire 24 hour nursing as he was experiencing psychological issues and was going to be transferred to a facility- we spent over $30000 for his care, and because his transfer to the other facility was touch and go based on a number of reasons, we tried to warn them of an ending. We spoke with Charlene and asked how much notice she required and she told us 1 week. At that point we did tell her ok, he will be gone in a week, and he was. My father was discharged a day earlier on Thursday April 29,2021. When I received the billing I noticed we were billed through April 30, using the same caregiver- see the picture. What is odd is we were billed for the same caregiver who apparently sat with him for 24 hours as we were billed for her 8 hours thursday and then another 16 hour shift the following day. Since he was discharged on Thursday afternoon, I just figured they were billing us out for the 7 day notice, which is perfectly reasonable. I called to get copy of all the bills so I can reconcile , and I was suprised to hear from Rochelle in billing that we were being billed yet another week because we did not give notice. We immediately called Charlene who referred us back to Rochelle - Great the person we gave notice to, refers us back to billing. I know elderly care is a big business, and I certainly think people should earn their money. We had no problem with the bill, even billing out the 7th day per our notice- but to send us yet another bill 2 weeks after my father had been discharged seems to be a bit much- On May 10th we received a bill for 4072.50 billing us for 5/1-5/7. My father was discharged on 4/29/21. While we have no problem with the service, we most certainly do have problem with the billing. I write this to caution anyone who signs a contract to do the following- review bills carefully, attempt to avoid the ACH , which might not be possible, and most certainly send your notice in a certified letter so you have proof. This company will use any "gotcha" they can. And remember, companies who solicit reviews, are doing so for a reason. Everything I have posted is true and accurate, and I have the paperwork to back it up. Possible litigation requires you to have your ducks in a row. If anyone reading this has had the same problem with this company, please feel to contact me. Perhaps we can pool resources and stories.
