The owner and employees were friendly and helpful every time we went in as we were deciding on what exactly we wanted for our new home. They answered all our questions and offered several suggestions. Adriel was especially knowledgeable and helpful. After the stove we ordered arrived at their store, two of their men came out to the house to install it. The had to put a chimney on our roof and they did a great job! The team was pleasant and competent. We're very happy with our purchase and highly recommend this local family business.

I was told I would be contacted the next day for an appointment. A month later and not hearing a thing, I went back to the store and was told they were coming out soon. When a polite service tech came out, he told me we had a problem with our pilot light and turned our gas off and was instructed not to use it until he could get back with us. Another month later still not hearing any word, I went back to the store and they told me they would talk to the tech and get right back with me. That was 2 weeks ago. It's now January 14th and I have not used my fire place yet this season. This all started in September 2019. If you want your fire place serviced, don't call this company ever.
