Turns out the installer from another company didn't do the wiring right. He had our heat back on and was very helpful and honest. He got a new part ordered for our heat pump and answered all our questions. The price for the late night service call was reasonable and so worth it to keep our kids warm on such a cold night. They saved our Christmas! I would recommend this company to anybody needing HVAC help.
