So you basically have to wait even longer to set up an apt. flag #2 Thirdly, (& the most inconvenient & unprofessional part of their office) they will not allow you to reschedule your OBGYN appointments to fit your schedule....As their patient they should be working around my schedule and what works for me.       Just another no thank you to Dr Shroff and his services. I got a lab bill from lab corp today…read moretotaling over $3000 and no results to show for it. And really none of the labs was needed, they where repeats from my dr office. Except for an Hbv screening, a parvovirus 19 and a few others that was not even discussed and def not needed. Also a RA factor test which I had already been tested neg for and was not the reason I was there for. IF THIS DOCTOR HAD OF BOTHERED TO LISTEN AND READ MY CHART HE WOULD HAVE KNOWN I WAS POSITIVE FOR ANKYLOSING SPONDYLITIS. So please think twice before going to him. Thankfully I do have a little knowledge and read up on my diagnosis before seeing him. A shot in the hips does not fix every thing guys....Good luck

An English soccer team, and while we discussed this lapse of judgement he asked me questions about my overall health. As a result he changed some meds and I have felt so much better. His staff are very friendly and patient. Whilst waiting my turn I have witnessed some really nasty people using abuse and bullying at them. They handled it every time with decorum and professionalism.

Dr. Kaur listened to my concerns and she was able to create a quick solution, as I don't do well with needles, she provided comfort and reassurance during the process of my teeth fill-ins.       We had an appointment scheduled that we'd waited months for & when we arrived we're told it had…read morebeen rescheduled for a later time. I was informed that someone had called & left me a message letting me know the appointment time had been changed. Yet I never received the message - the phone calls came in as hang ups. I even called the office back inquiring about missed phone calls - it's been 24 hours & I still haven't heard from anyone. So anyway we show up for our appt, the new time doesn't work for us & I'm told we have to wait another 5 months for an appt - yet there was only 1 person in the waiting room & NO cars in the parking lot. I can't recommend this practice - I work for a doctors office as well & we would never change an appt time unless the patient agreed to it. Obviously Danville Dental does not need any patients I had to add a star review so this would post but I wouldn't even give them a one star rating. They are a big round zero in my book!
