Ironically, this crown was the work that last dentist did. I went in really worried that a root canal would be encouraged. I don't have dental insurance and so I was worried about the expensive. $100 later, I walked out with my crown fitting better than it did before abd no longer putting pressure on the teeth above it (pressure that often causes headaches). I'm almost glad the crown fell out. If I have fewer headaches now, it will have proved nothing short of a life changing experience. (I know that sounds extreme). I'm so impressed by my experience there. I will definitely be going back.

Dr Hayes said I had a couple cavities (one being on a tooth with an existing filling). He didn't want a weak tooth so he suggested put a crown on one tooth and fill the other. I did as he said. I could not chew on my right side (where the work was done) from the second I left for 3 months! I went back several times thinking the bite was off causing sharp pain but it remained. They realized my tooth was cracked. They set me up to see an endodontist but said they would call me before I went to see if there was something they could do about it because it was apparently cracked during the cap. Never got a call. Went to the endo, had a ROOT CANAL, pain is now gone but I am now seeing that my filling is messed up as well and another dentist is having to redo it. I also have pain on my left side because that's all I could use for months. My new dentist told me they try to reimburse their patients that have to seek an endodontist after their work so I asked that of Dr Hayes office. I was told I would get a call back. .....I guess this will be like the call before my appt that still has yet to happen because we are going on 2 weeks waiting for a call.
