We contacted Brian for a spray foam estimate in our attic spaces. Brian laser measured the spaces, inspected the structure, and walked us through the process. After reviewing quotes from other companies, we chose Insulation over Atlanta. They were not the lowest price, or the highest price, but definitely the BEST value without the attitude or the BS! On installation day, Brian and his crew were on-site on time and got to work. Brian's crew; Alfredo, Antonio, and Alex (Triple A Plus++) are awesome! We put down some protective coverings the night before and they came in and double covered their work areas. AMAZING! They were very respectful and courteous of the property and DID NOT damage a single thing. We had 6 companies give us estimates for the work, including Brian. Brian's estimate seemed the most thorough and gave us the most realistic diagnosis of the space. When we decided to work with Brian, he was able to get us on the schedule very quickly. His team showed up on time and worked diligently the entire day to get the job done. They were courteous, answered all our questions and were careful moving around their equipment in our home. Our project was a two step process but it was all completed over a weekend and by Monday evening the attic was ready for storage. They cleaned up after themselves too, and did no damage to the property. We live on a fairly busy street that leads into Carrollton. They completely botched the installation of open cell spray foam which began off gassing right away…read moreand continually for 3 years poisoning our entire home environment. Complained and asked for remediation, got air quality samples showing highly elevated levels of VOCs but shrugged their shoulders and suggested removing it ourselves. Finally got it all removed for twice the cost of the original installation. DO NOT spray foam your home you will regret it and pay dearly. Since this is not an auto accident with ridiculous settlements, hiring an attorney will cost more than the expensive remediation which will still leave you holding the bag. The installer knows this so they will BS you until you just take care of it yourself.
