We received a quote by email and just had to check the options we were interested in going with (R50 vs R38, did we want a zipper box installed, etc.) Scheduling was fast and easy and we were able to have the installation done the next week. The installers, Adrian and Jahmer, were fantastic! Very respectful, and completed the job quickly and efficiently. They communicated with me well (asked if they could run a hose through a window but decided to go through the front door instead) and cleaned up afterward. We contacted Brian for a spray foam estimate in our attic spaces. Brian laser measured the spaces, inspected the structure, and walked us through the process. After reviewing quotes from other companies, we chose Insulation over Atlanta. They were not the lowest price, or the highest price, but definitely the BEST value without the attitude or the BS! On installation day, Brian and his crew were on-site on time and got to work. Brian's crew; Alfredo, Antonio, and Alex (Triple A Plus++) are awesome! We put down some protective coverings the night before and they came in and double covered their work areas. AMAZING! They were very respectful and courteous of the property and DID NOT damage a single thing. No marks on the walls, etc. The put protection and covering where and when needed which was a concern for us - we just painted the interior and had new floors installed! Also, they are extremely clean! When they were done in one area, one was cleaning while the other two were moving hoses and spaying foam. During the insulation removal process (the old stuff) they were very particular to get it all out. The teamwork with this group is awesome! The finished spaces are almost move in ready! I had some trouble getting questions answered over email and was a bit unsure of what was required from me before getting the insulation done. The biggest frustration all in all was that we were not told that we were expected to be out of the home for 24 hours until the morning that the crew showed up. Overall, as long as you ask for clear expectations in person, you will likely have a good experience with this company and get great work at a reasonable price.

Within 48 hours after installation of the mitigation system, which was pretty much custom since I requested they conceal the system running it through my floors and ceiling versus outside alongside my house, my radon average was 0.3. Fast forward to two years later, I tested two separate areas of the basement with short-term test conducted by Alpha Energy Labs. The room furthest away from the mitigation system returned at Less than 0.9 pCi/L and the main area of the returned at less than 0.7 pCi/L. These are pretty amazing results!
