I was referred to Dave Gardner at MAG, and am I ever thankful. I have heard many a horror story from friends about their mortgage brokers.. Lost docs, missed meetings, late filings, etc. My wife and I's experience was the exact opposite. It was an absolute pleasure, and this even included a couple issues that were quite nerveracking. Things started out good but near the end, it was getting stressful, the under writer wanted more information that did not even pertain to my loan. And I was all ready preapproved.
