I was beginning the process to refinance my second mortgage into my first. Dealing with my original loan company just got the paperwork started and they said if you ever have any questions give me a call. So when I did. I waited and waited and days later no return call. Frustrated and stressed out. It was mentioned to me Mike, so I gave him a call and immediately I felt better. All my questions answered. Anytime I always got a return call.
