I LOVE this dispensary it's honestly the best they always have good deals going, they accept card and cash! They honestly make you feel comfortable and always have recommendations if you're trying something new I HIGHLY recommend checking this place out they're amazing the parking is ok usually you have to use a quarter to park but tbh there is free parking still and usually at least a spot open great place.

Usually this place is great. I really appreciate the transparency around pricing and it's one of the few dispensaries where you know exactly what you're paying for without having to play guessing games. The selection isn't the widest, but it's generally solid. That said, what drags my rating down from a 5 to a 3 is the consistent bottleneck behind the counter on weekdays thanks to one employee (tattooed, female, always seeming fried or a little out of it) who's been there for at least a year and still hasn't figured out the POS system. Every time I end up with her, the simplest transaction turns into a 10-minute ordeal. Today I actually left empty-handed after standing there while she tried to process a very straightforward order. A shop this good deserves staff who can keep things moving. Please get more people trained up so customers aren't stuck waiting because one person can't get the system to cooperate. read more

straight GARBAGE. this place used to be something nice pre ico and pre prop 64 days. I walked in there to get a vape that only they had. not only has it been sitting on the shelf for half a year but the product is hot garbage. The budtenders doesn't know anything and there is basically no ftp. I'm telling you this place has position in POISON. They are offloading trash product . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. it is a robbery. Had to accept a 100 dollar plus loss cuz of HORRBLE PRODUCT. read more

I know I wrote a review in the past, but even after two years of me only coming to this location, I have to say it's still by far the best dispensary I've been to in LA. It's such a cozy environment and everybody treats me like family, my dog gets treated so well and the employees just know how to help you the exact way you need! This review is overdue. I've been going to this place for at least nine months and I love it. The security and staff for the most part have been very friendly, are never shy about explaining products to you and letting you know about discounts and deals (go early in the day). The place smells great and the air conditioning is on point. Parking is metered but you'll be in and out quick. Shoutout to my guy Grisha (hope he still works here, I haven't seen him the last few times I've gone), super super friendly and knowledgeable guy. I'm cutting back and I'm actually sad that I won't be stopping in as much. read more

Although this place has such good reviews, when I went in I waited for 30 mins to get some tree... It's unbelievable and I've never waited that long to receive a service. There was only one bud-tender. The bud-tender had great customer service and knowledgeable on the items being sold. Be prepared to wait for at least 15-30 minutes. Would not recommend. read more

Great place to visit if you like anything cannabis. It is a smooth check in process. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. They take care of you and provide deals and discounts. The owner will recommend what he knows to be his best products and everything is affordable. Every time I have visited it has been a smooth and easy interaction. It was Sunday evening and they offered 20% off. As a 1st time customer they also offered a 1/8 of select flower for $1. It all sounded great to me, so without delay, I stopped by. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood, well lit, free parking, lovely entrance/lobby. Check-in was friendly and quick. They took my State ID and Medical Rec. and a couple of mins later I was buzzed into the shop. I waited about a minute while a customer was being assisted when a second Budtender arrived on the floor to help me. I was greeted by Greisha (Gree-sha) who knew his stuff. Frankly, he was wonderful. I had questions and he answered them all. His assistance was invaluable. He is my favorite BT to date. I look forward to seeing him again next time and every time. Also, the other Budtender, Kelly & Kris on my 2nd visit were very warm, helpful and friendly to me. Summery: I love the products I returned home with. Service is great if you're WHITE!! I came here for the first time with two of my nonwhite friends and three different employees tripped over themselves to help me pick weed, tell me about their discounts, make small talk, etc. Even after telling my friends that they were out of a specific hybrid oz, the second I ask for the very same product they magically found it behind the counter! So weird! Didn't even see it earlier! They ran out of these promotional cards with a list of discounts for 2nd, 3rd, & 4th visits and not only did the budtender bend over BACKWARDS to hand-write me a list of discounts, but they didn't even give my friends their 2nd visit discount!!! I am an original apothecary customer that stopped coming here in about 2019 because the staff changed and The customer service went down horribly. Had a couple bad experiences with rude bud tenders and I decided to go to another dispensary. Fast forward until recently, I decided to give apothecary another try, and I'm sure glad I did. Bianca has helped me every time and let me tell you... What a breath of fresh air compared to the old employees. She's sooo sweet and polite, extremely knowledgeable about her flowers and concentrates and just overall made my experience way better. I don't go to a lot of dispensaries because I'm not big on "the weed" but I do love me some Wyld gummies. They've always got want I want when I'm in the mood and I always get stellar service. I love everyone who works here. Super polite, chill, and professional. Great vibes all around. Apothecary has been a Medical Marijuana Dispensary located in Los Angeles, California (Sherman Oaks) since 2013. In 2018 we opened our doors to our first Recreational Cannabis customers that are twenty-one (21) and over! As of 2021, we are operating under new Management. While our operations may have changed, the heart, quality, knowledge, and attention to detail has remained. We take pride in serving our community and hope to see you at the "New Apothecary" soon!

His response was a shrug and, "I'll let them know." That was it. No attempt to honor the posted price, no effort to resolve the issue, and no concern that the shelf pricing appeared to be wrong. So I left. Mistakes happen. What bothered me was how little interest there seemed to be in fixing the problem. I won't be back. If you shop here, pay close attention to the prices you're charged.

TALK ABOUT GREED!!!! This place has never been compassionate, and now it's just a shithole!!!!

This is my number one choice when it comes to finding quality hash and edibles. I've been a regular customer here since 2016, and while they've had their share of bad days, such is not the case anymore. The staff is incredible; Greisha, Alex, Kass, and Kelly have always been very knowledgeable in their product and consistently provide great service. The store environment is very clean and professional, with competitive prices to boot.
