I walked in there to get a vape that only they had. not only has it been sitting on the shelf for half a year but the product is hot garbage. The budtenders doesn't know anything and there is basically no ftp. I'm telling you this place has position in POISON. They are offloading trash product . DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. it is a robbery. Usually this place is great. I really appreciate the transparency around pricing and it's one of the few dispensaries where you know exactly what you're paying for without having to play guessing games. The selection isn't the widest, but it's generally solid. That said, what drags my rating down from a 5 to a 3 is the consistent bottleneck behind the counter on weekdays thanks to one employee (tattooed, female, always seeming fried or a little out of it) who's been there for at least a year and still hasn't figured out the POS system. Every time I end up with her, the simplest transaction turns into a 10-minute ordeal. Today I actually left empty-handed after standing there while she tried to process a very straightforward order. A shop this good deserves staff who can keep things moving. Please get more people trained up so customers aren't stuck waiting because one person can't get the system to cooperate. read more

This review is overdue. I've been going to this place for at least nine months and I love it. The security and staff for the most part have been very friendly, are never shy about explaining products to you and letting you know about discounts and deals (go early in the day). The place smells great and the air conditioning is on point. Parking is metered but you'll be in and out quick. Although this place has such good reviews, when I went in I waited for 30 mins to get some tree... It's unbelievable and I've never waited that long to receive a service. There was only one bud-tender. The bud-tender had great customer service and knowledgeable on the items being sold. Be prepared to wait for at least 15-30 minutes. Would not recommend. read more

It was Sunday evening and they offered 20% off. As a 1st time customer they also offered a 1/8 of select flower for $1. It all sounded great to me, so without delay, I stopped by. The location is in a beautiful neighborhood, well lit, free parking, lovely entrance/lobby. Check-in was friendly and quick. They took my State ID and Medical Rec. and a couple of mins later I was buzzed into the shop. I waited about a minute while a customer was being assisted when a second Budtender arrived on the floor to help me. I was greeted by Greisha (Gree-sha) who knew his stuff. Frankly, he was wonderful. I had questions and he answered them all. His assistance was invaluable. He is my favorite BT to date. I look forward to seeing him again next time and every time. So weird! Didn't even see it earlier! They ran out of these promotional cards with a list of discounts for 2nd, 3rd, & 4th visits and not only did the budtender bend over BACKWARDS to hand-write me a list of discounts, but they didn't even give my friends their 2nd visit discount!!!
