Gregg was quick to respond, assured me that they could handle anything that might come up. Sure enough, the time came where the Saab needed to go to the shop. I live 1000 miles away and only hoped that we would receive competent service without any games played. To make a long story short, from Gregg to Wanda in the office to Eli the mechanic, these folks could not have been kinder. They picked the car up, repaired it promptly and delivered the car back to my daughter's residence while she was at work. This kind of service is no where to be found in today's world - certainly not where I live. I only wish Bills Auto Body was located 1000 miles north in Alexandria, Va. He said he would call in when it came in. And he did and made an appointment the next day. We dropped car off and thought it would be next day but, he had it fixed in about an hour. All was paid for by our insurance company too. So, great service here and was really fast. He takes insurance claims too. Therefore, I highly recommend this place to fix your car windows and windshields.
