We did find a tool, sized my son, then found another employee for shoes in his size. He pushed a few buttons on a handheld he had and told us they didn't have it in stock then started to walk away. We stopped him and asked for another shoe in his size. Again he pushed buttons on his handheld with the same answer. He again tried to walk away. So we then asked if any shoe on the table we were looking at came in his size. He rolled his eyes at us before pushing buttons on his handheld. Yup. Rolled. His. Eyes. My son needed new shoes so just looked at shoes instead of using my big girl words about that behavior. Anyway... He found a shoe in my son's size and luckily my son liked them. We boxed up the shoes and went to the counter in the shoe area where two different employees were talking to pay. Set the box down and said we wanted the shoes. They both look at us like we are crazy before one stated "well, you have to pay for them before leaving with them." Pretty sure my attitude came out when I responded with "that is why my wallet is out." With just as much snark, we were told we have to pay up front. The experience had my blood boiling. We were there maybe 25 minutes, but it took almost twice as long for me to calm down. So if you come here, hopefully you have a better experience than we did. 29.01.2026

I went into the transaction history and surprise surprise I saw Fabletics, Fabletics, Fabletics... 6 different times across 6 months they charged me for their "membership". It's hardly a membership. They charge a whopping $60/month apparently and the only thing it gets you is discounts on their already OVERPRICED clothing. I called customer service immediately. She haggled with me for almost 30 min about getting a refund. I said I want all 6 months refunded I didn't ask for anything extra, just my money back. I hadn't used the service, I hadn't even visited their website since that initial day 6 months before. She started by offering 1 month then 3 then she halted at 4. She kept reiterating how "good" the discounts are and how she could give me a $10 credit for my troubles lol. They took nearly $400 from my account and I know for a fact I cancelled it. They offer a pause feature and I'm guessing when I asked to cancel they just paused it for a month instead. Long story short I settled for 4 out of the 6 months refunded. Leading to today! 2026! 3 years later! Haven't looked at their website or even thought about them in almost 3 years and I see a mysterious 2 separate charges on my account totaling $119.90... and guess who it was?! FABLETICS this company is a scam. I called for a refund on those two mints and explained this has happened before. After over an hour chatting online they finally agreed to refund. They went onto process it and it was declined. I said that's because I have a new debit card let me send it and you can refund me on the correct card... "sorry sir we don't take cards over the phone" I said so how am I getting my money back? They offered me a check in the mail. Now I'm stuck waiting approx 4-6 weeks (according to them) for my money. Long story short DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY MONEY AND IF YOU WANT TO BUY THEIR CLOTHING THEN PAY FULL PRICE.
